I ordered a redeemed hoodie. When it finally arrived, it had been cut with a knife, I assume when they broke the package down. I emailed as soon as I received it. They responded with either I pay shipping back and forth, or they would give me 20% off my next order. This is because I didnt pay for "shipping insurance". Ive never had a problem with any other company replacing something because of this and the product was damaged. Not like I didn't receive it.

Ordered embroidered cap, received a screen printed one that didn't look anything like the picture. SCAM

Giving this company is ONE is pretty generous. The wrong product was sent and they only want to give you a 20% discount to keep it and not even offer to send you the correct item.

They sent me the wrong item and then refused to even acknowledge they had done so, offering a 20% refund and complaining about economic difficulties. I get they are in Hong Kong but at least offer to send the right item or give a full refund without requiring return shipping. Product quality is also poor.

Classic "bait and switch" - ordered several embordered military caps - got cheap printed ones - difficult to contact and was told to take several "pictures of codes" and forward so they could be reviewed - complete fraud - wish I had read these reviews before I ordered - stay away

Performance and quality have gone downhill since I bought my first Cowaudio watch in early 2024. Current model of the same thing I bought back then simply does not work. None of the functions eg. blood pressure monitor will take a measurement and there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will not respond to emails and do not offer any telephone number by which they can be reached. I would not recommend this retail company as one to purchase from since they do not seem to care and there wasn't even a return service.

I ordered a hat for my husband on 8/30/2025. On 9/27/2025 they emailed to say the item got sent back to them. I am still waiting for them to refund my money back. I had to contact credit card company to get money back, I am still waiting. I would NEVER order anything from this company.

Ordered a Military cap for an Army buddy birthday present. Could have received better quality at 99 cent store. Really bad workmanship on item (crooked silkscreen and loose thread). So bad I did not give it to my friend. I wanted to return it and they offered a 20 per cent refund if I kept it. Or I could return to Hong Kong and pay postage. (Way more than cost of item).

This company COWaudio is a scam and would not advise doing business with them. They are pushing the 250th anniversary of the US and praying on US Servicemen that are proud of their service to our great country.

The company sent the incorrect product that was ordered and then refused to correct the error. Now I'm stuck with something I didn't want. I provided photos, email records, etc. and requested a remedy to which they stated they could only provide a 30% refund which they never completed. After several email exchanges I just wrote it off as a loss. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

My husband ordered a hat that was falsely advertised as being embroidered, cotton and with a adjustable buckle for fit which none came on the hat. It is a piece of crap!! Silkscreened, crappy material all permanently wrinkled with plastic adjustment for fit. They want to give me 20% off the bill for a hat I didn't order or I can send it back at my cost which is very expensive. What a joke!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...CROOKS!! There should be a minus instead of stars. 😡😡😡

I ordered 2 military hats totaling $46.97. 3 days after ordering I cancelled the order. So I ordered them on August 28, 2025, cancelled on Sept 1st. I have emailed them several times for my refund.
Their response:
“Refunds typically take 7 to 15 business days to be credited back to your payment account.”
So it’s almost 45 days!!
Unbelievable! I wouldn’t order from this company, unless you want to get ripped off….

I love the watch. Blood Sugar monitoring is fabulous. I can now monitor and manage my Type-2 Diabetes.

Beware!! Their magnetic folding reading glasses were poor quality. The strap wasn't actually long enough to reach around my head, and the magnetic closure was sharp enough to cut skin. (It hadn't been sanded or finished properly.)
I asked to return the item (as per their advertised 30 day refund policy), but THEN they demanded that I pay to send the glasses back to China. (That would have been more expensive than the glasses were in the first place!)

They offer tracking after you send the money for a watch that is called a Blood Sugar Monitor, but they don't reply. I got a phone number 1-347-871-7726 for their Arizona address, and when calling it is always busy. They also show an address at Shandong China, but no reply from them either. With the tariff on China, I imagine that's why it doesn't work.
