Test did not arrive but they fully refunded
I ordered a PCR for a visitor but the test did not arrive before the visitor landed. I contacted CTC via email and through their online system but got no response to either. In the end I had to arrange an alternative to make sure my visitor complied with regulations. As the CTC test had still not arrived by the end of Day 2, I requested a full refund which after a few email exchanges with Customer Services was issued and received without any problems.
