Good price but
Good price, easy to use, good communication. However, when trying to take out insurance again on the same car (via the app and no details having changed) they said insurance could not be provided at this time - no reason given.

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. I appreciate how frustrating it can be when the price of a quote changes, particularly after you've experienced an issue during the payment process.
As a goodwill gesture, I can see that we applied a discount towards your policy, although I'm sorry to hear this wasn't quite what you were expecting.
I'll reach out to you personally today to discuss your feedback further and see if there's anything else we can do to help.
Many thanks,
Jess
