I’m extremely happy with the service I received from CoverTime. I had some uncertainty about whether my policy would cover me for my practical driving test, so I contacted them for clarification.
They responded very promptly and, rather than simply giving me a general answer, they took the time to check my actual policy documents and confirm that I am covered. I really appreciated that extra effort, as it gave me the reassurance and peace of mind I needed before my test.
The communication was friendly, clear and professional throughout. It’s refreshing to receive such helpful and efficient customer service.
