I have been emailing the company for MONTHS nearly a YEAR with no reply to any emails. They now owe me $100s of dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM !!!!!!! When I type in my email it says “account cancelled” yet are still somehow taking my money!!!!!! DISGUSTING

I tried to cancel my subscription, but I was charged for another month. When I reached out to support. They couldn't give me any explanation or resolve the issue. Instead, I was told that I would receive an email shortly. I had requested a refund because I had canceled the subscription within the time frame, or so I thought. And when I finally recieved the email many hours later. All it stated was that my account had been canceled and that i would have access to it for this month. Never addressed my request for a refund.

Charged £32 monthly without authorisation. When I noticed they said cancellation had to be made within seven days of the first payment. The £32 isn’t even a figure on their website for prices - when I challenged this, they said their prices had changed but couldn’t confirm when. Reported to Trading Standards and Consumer ombudsman.

They charged me without authorization on a weekly basis for more than four months before I finally noticed. Zero notice, zero confirmation, zero interaction. A product I never signed up for, on a pricing plan that does not exist on their website. A complete and total scam, a massively fraudulent business that should be shut down.

UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the responses to negative reviews. They do nothing but double down on their stance and refuse to correct harm done. There is no accountability.

I canceled and asked for a refund and an additional charge for as applied to my account! This was the worse service I’ve ever signed up for. Wish I never let you have access to my account! :(

It’s a scam company they charge you 40.00 canadian dollars and 34.usd without notice at first it’s just a trial period of 14 days for 2.99. There’s no way on this website if you can call customer service and only email which is trash. They keep deducting money from your acccunt and there’s no way you can cancel by yourself. Upon asking they refused to refund the amount.

This is scam. They will keep taking money from your account. I told them to stop subscription they don't

I used their service in my recent job search. The cover letter they supplied was amazing! I sure it had a lot to do with me recent hire.

SCAM ALERT!
Scammer company based in Estonia. They offered a $1.99/week basic plan. After two weeks, that automatically increased to $25/week with no notice (must be buried deep in the user agreement.) You have to cancel via email (ridiculous). Despite canceling over a week ago and assuring that there will be no more charges - I got charged again.

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT SIGN UP.

That is not good to direct debit without any information it is one type of chit

Creative options, easy to use!

I had an issue where I needed a cover letter for an immediate situation. I only paid to receive the letter but did not want a monthly charge for a product that I wouldn't need anymore.
This company handled my request and were extremely courteous in so doing.
If a similar situation would arise in the future I would not hesitate to use their service.

Issue with taking payment after cancel, resolved quickly.

I loved it at first. Had great letters generated but after 4 letters the site stopped generating letters. I cleared my cache and restarted but the site still doesn't generate any letters. My emails have not gotten responses yet either. Do better Coverly and fix your buggy site!

Very useful tool when creating resume. Only downside is the price after using once or twice
