My complaint is related to customer service and shipping communication. I placed an order and did not received any shipping communication for over a month. At this time I reached out to them to ask for a cancellation. They confirmed the delay, but at NO time had they proactively reached out to let me know my product would be delayed. They then promised to refund my order if it did not ship by the next week, no questions asked. When it did not ship in the next week I again asked for a refund and was denied despite their previous promise. The cover showed up two weeks later but I had to find a couch cover solution by that point and now they are denying me a return. At every correspondence they have told me about what a small company they are and all this has done is turn me away from small companies if this is the type of customer service received. Again, the lack of initial communication and then straight up lies about a refund is really the most frustrating part.
Editing to note: they’ve replied to my review and once again stated what a small company they are but have not responded directly to the lack of communication (a full month without telling me of delays and I had to reach out for information), followed by lies. IF they cared about customers I would be offered a refund. IF these were extenuating circumstances they could have communicated that instead of forcing the customer to ask what’s going on. Go elsewhere for your couch cover needs.

Your sofa cover was shipped out promptly and exactly as ordered, but unfortunately, the recent changes in U.S. customs and tariff policies caused unexpected delays with the carrier — something completely outside of our control.
As a small business, we are also directly impacted by these regulations, and delays like this are as disappointing to us as they are to our customers. We want to emphasize that we would never want this to happen, and we deeply regret that your experience was affected.
The important thing is that you did receive the correct product in the end, and we are continuously working with our logistics partners to avoid similar issues in the future. Our commitment remains the same: to provide high-quality sofa covers and the best possible service to every customer.

Great quality cover
It took weeks to receive the sofa cover but it was worth it! The color, size, and fabric all perfect! Communication and tracking was very good!

The responsiveness was good
The responsiveness was good. I’m happy with the couch cover but the pillow covers I order were way too small for my pillows even though I sent pictures with measurements. It took about 4 weeks to get my order, but the response time was good when I checked in. Only the couch cover for seating and the side covers, which I used to cover the pillows used. Thanks!

Coverfect uses excellent materials coupled with detailed workmanship during construction. It took about 1 month from the time the order was placed to arrival, but it was well-worth the wait.
