So far, so good!
So far I have only searched for a quotation online, spoken to a CoverBuilder representative and accepted the quotation online - but, so far, everything has been clear and easy to access. Am now awaiting my documents and hoping that any further dealings with CoverBuilder will be as easy.

They quoted a very reasonable price…
They quoted a very reasonable price which was the best value by far compared to the competition....and I went through all the competition! I haven't made a claim so can't rate them in this dept. Also, paying by credit was confusing so paid in lump sum.

My property is hard to insure as it is…
My property is hard to insure as it is a listed building and has suffered cracking to a wall due to tree roots. The person I spoke to at Cover Builder listened carefully to what I had to say, then guided me through answering the online questions. The result was a reasonable quote which I was happy to accept.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use website, very clear information.
The web access to my account is also very easy to use with all the documents easily downloadable if required.
Being able to cancel the policy at anypoint and have unused premium, returned with no charge is excellent if you think you might move/sell the insured house.

earlier than expected renewal.
for some reason my house insurance had been cancelled.the company found the answer after having to explore many channels,and were very understanding of my concerns. they then advised me to renew this cover straight away .i did this on line but later i was unsure about one of my answers. the person on the phone advised me and noted the change. this was done making me feeling like a valued customer.
