Customer Service is Lacking
I have reached out to their customer service email several times over the past few months (in January and again in June), looking to cancel my subscription, because I am no longer looking for a job. Not one response or acknowledgement. I even tried calling and nothing. I am beginning to think I am never going to be able to cancel and will have to continue paying a ridiculous amount for an app I don't even use. And there is no way to directly cancel on their website. Do NOT sign up for a free trial! This is such a money suck.
