My husband and I were surprised how fast and convenient it was, from application to ceremony. We used the popular package which included everything except for witnesses, international shipping, and government processing fee. They were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and concerns. Even if it’s an online wedding, we find it meaningful, we still enjoyed and appreciate it together with our family and friends. 😊

The ceremony itself with the flexibility and the split screen. Communication prior to the ceremony was not good with slow responses. I planned ahead so the slow responses, while frustrating, did not affect the ceremony. The paperwork was fine and timely.

Thank you Courtly! When we thought it was impossible to get married, you made it possible for us! We are grateful for the services. You just don't know how much this means to us. Every step was very smooth for us with ofcourse the assistance of Ms. Larissa! I couldn’t recommend this website more, I’m English my partner is Italian she has right to remain in Britain, she is transgender we tried to get married in the uk but she didn’t like the idea of her old sex and old name being on the marriage certificate and don’t get me started on the price of it all, courtly is cheap fast and easy, only little disappointment I had was the price on the first page changes abit but only by about $70 ish dollars I can’t even be mad though I saved tens of thousands 😂😂

We had a great experience with Courtly overall. From the very beginning, the team was responsive, helpful, and reassuring. We were looking to arrange a last-minute ceremony and were concerned that the registration process might take too long. While it did take a few days (so it’s worth planning for that), the staff guided us through everything and made the process feel smooth and manageable.

The ceremony itself and the overall experience were seamless and well-organized. We especially appreciated their flexibility—just a couple of hours before the scheduled ceremony, we asked to postpone it by an hour, and they accommodated our request without any issues. That level of responsiveness and willingness to help on short notice really stood out.

One thing to note is the post-ceremony process. It’s been over a month since our ceremony, and we still haven’t received our apostille. According to the tracking system, it has been stuck in the same location in the U.S. for quite some time. While Courtly has been responsive to our inquiries, the answers have mostly been along the lines of “don’t worry, it takes time,” which feels a bit insufficient given the tracking information.

Overall, a very positive experience with a professional and caring team—but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to handling and following up on the apostille process.
