Great All The Way Around
Yes, it costs a bit more money then doing it all yourself but believe me what they can save you in time and effort is so worth a bit more especially so if you are not familiar with the procedures and Court process. I cannot say enough how much the Support Staff helped me by answering the few questions I had and they did it fast, way faster then even I expected. I cannot say enough on this end of how much I appreciate all the help, guidance and information. I so recommend to anyone how much having a straight up there and informed pro on your side is a major plus in helping you achieve the success you are seeking.

Small claims court filing.
I had no idea on how to file a small claims court case against a company that did not refund my money after I returned their defective electric bike. Courtlinked researched and forwarded to me all the legal paperwork I needed. After filing my court case the electric bike company mailed me a check plus my court cost. I would recommend Courtlinked to anyone who is trying to navigate through the legal system. Great service for a fair price!

This company is not a honest business, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and BBB about getting a refund back. I paid them to file a claim on my behalf for $74.95 which they never did, they sent me out forms to sign and ask for an additional fee of over the $74.95 I’ve already paid. So I called and ask for my money back, the guy I spoke with on the phone told me it was up to a lawyer for me to get back my refund, and rudely hung up on me. So I asked my credit card company to step in, they told them that I never asked for a refund back, and that I received service. A Lie from CourtLinked...I then filed a complaint with BBB and explained the same to them, they told BBB basically the same thing, only that I never signed papers to receive back a refund. A Lie from CourtLinked. There was no papers to sign for a refund and no service surrender. But they told BBB that they will refund me back my money, but months have passed and I never received a refund. So that being said with the truth, this company or that person is a scammer. If a company is so hard on cheating customers out of money. They will never make it.

Thank you for your review. We use every review to better our services. However, this consumer utilized our service to file a suit in Ohio against a corporation. He read the details of the site and proceeded with this case. The questionnaire and case he submitted was entirely incorrect. We researched his venue, contacted the State of OH, obtained the correct parties (statutory agents/corporate information/parties), prepared the legal complaint in accordance to Franklin Municipal Court (a courthouse we been working with since 04) and submitted the materials for review and signature (as required by law for OH).
We did all this for $74.95 (added to his case) and includes service on his defendant - against the correct entities obtained from our research. He received the paperwork, our research and all we asked from him was to sign and return the materials with the court fees - fees that are paid to the courthouse and added to his case. He indicated that he already paid the $74.95; we told him that the $74.95 is our fee which is used to research, prepare, file, service and conduct all the shipping. Clearly this is all stated on the site as court fees are not included (applied later to the court and added to the case).
In a polite logical manner, we explained to him that we possibly cannot conduct this service and also cover court fees for $74.95. We also indicated that these fees are all added to his case. He insisted that he wanted a refund - complete waste of our time and service as we could have handled everything for him.
We have no issues providing him a refund and told him to return all our materials. Materials were never returned to us for a refund (he had everything he needed to handle the case himself). A dishonest ChargeBack and a BBB complaint was filed. We won the chargeback as the bank also indicated that he gained unjustly. We agreed to the refund via BBB response but his banks denied the refund - (Payment declined by customer's bank- The bank returned the decline code do_not_honor. Oct 25, 2019, 9:22 AM- ID pm_1FXVYCJysmcJ0nJ5TEXjWr9J).
We will provide a refund to any client that requests a refund, but to conduct a dishonest chargeback, keep our materials and post slanderous reviews will make any individual/company reply to maintain their credibility.
We started this company to assist individuals and businesses nationwide from dishonest entities/individuals that try to gain unjustly. We have filed thousands of cases and receive great reviews via email and phone calls daily on the work we have done.
We will make it! We have since 2004. Putting principles aside, we will issue you a refund via check.

Great service, they helped me with my case which was awarded. Really appreciate them walking me through the process and handled the court process every step of the way.
One feedback, is that the delivery of documents to the court house via mail is a bit slow. I'm not sure if San Mateo Superior Court allows electronic submission of documents.
All in all, CourtLinked provided very good service and would recommend to anyone.

Their communication is amazing, but I would love for a client portal where I could log into and see the status of everything. They are pretty intuitive and I have a feeling that this is in the works!

Courtlinked took so long to even process the claim to the court that I resolved the matter on my own behalf. Their methods are very old and traditional with sending things in the mail to be signed and then mailing everything back very old school and slow. Nowadays the internet makes things faster and they haven't caught on. I had to cancel my order and they still refused to refund me my money back. I refuse to work with them if I need anything handled in a timely manner.

Ms. Williams filed her case in Gwinnett County, GA; the petitions for this courthouse are manually prepared and submitted which require notary, signatures, court fees and return. Yes, it’s an old court system, but we get the job done. We spent time researching her case, corrected her entire questionnaire, found the correct entities she was suing, provided her the reports and petitions. She signed and returned the materials on 2018-12-22 08:14:23 and the case was sent to the courthouse within one day. Gwinnett County takes 15-40 business days to process the case manually, constable service, defendant 30 day response after service and trial date notice (minus the holiday delay when this was filed). Once the case is filed, it is forwarded to the in-house constable for serving on the defendant. Once served and when contact is made, the defendant has 15-30 days to response. Once a response is entered, trial dates are usually 2-6 months out. She informed us in the middle of the proceeding (January) that she had settled her case. In her settlement with the defendant, she did not claim court fees, our fees for the work done, monies spent and now is asking for a full refund. We even called the courthouse, tracked her case and had it returned to us with her filing fees. After all this diligence/work, she is asking us for a full refund. Our clients notify us of settlement daily and they never ask us for a refund for the work commenced which resulted in the settlement.
In my opinion Courtlinked.com is an excellent company to work with.
In my opinion, Courtlinked Administrators should receive a 10 star rating. They have been extremely helpful to me in the filing of my Small Claims Court Lawsuit. My questions are always answered in a timely manner. I was surprised that I received an answer to a question on a Sunday when I thought Courtlinked would be closed. The preparation of paperwork submitted for me was professionally done and submitted in a timely manner .The times when I talked personally with a representative he/she was always very courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly reccommend Courtlinked.com.
