Hello Kaila,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the refund.
Please note that your account has already been cancelled by one of our support agents to prevent any future renewals. As outlined in our terms and conditions, substitutions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date; therefore, a refund could not be issued in this case.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve how clearly we communicate our subscription and cancellation process. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Thank you for your feedback. We value all comments as they help us enhance the experience for our customers.
