Cottonsafe Natural Mattress Anmeldelser

CottonSafe Natural Mattress was super helpful when I had questions about the product, provided very clear information about delivery and makes a genuinely excellent, British, ethical product (I ordered the double Widecombe mattress in firm).

I find Cottonsafe to be a great team that offers the right equipment for the job. After repeated purchases, I can vouch for the quality.

Very customer orientated. If something goes wrong they can be trusted to do the right thing

Straight forward order and delivery when advised

Company did just as they said they would which was great and the mattress is fabulous

The mattress is very, very comfortable. Mediun firm, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with it. It's also reassuring that it is made with environmentally friendly materials which is something I'd been looking for in a new mattress. Beautifully made.

Very comfortable mattress using natural materials, which is really hard to find in such a great variety of sizes. Swift delivery and good communication.

Wonderful, friendly, human customer service - expert advice on the phone from their team over the phone and email before our purchase and arranging our order. Quick delivery, and we absolutely love the matressess, they're so comfortable and feel so clean.

Excellent customer service, lots of email communication. All questions answered. Fast delivery and super comfortable mattresses

We chose this fabulous mattress and the additional luxury topper to help relieve my painful joint pain. Many thanks to Rebecca for her invaluable advice. The mattress is so incredibly comfortable to the point the only reason we get out of bed on a morning is due to the cat howling for her breakfast.

no corner straps? stays in place does not slip
and so can be turned over as a mattress

My experience wasn't really the best and I'll tell you why before you part with a substantial amount of money.

I live local to the showroom, so I popped in to try the mattresses out. I wanted to buy a mattress that was free of all chemicals due to allergies and support the local economy.

I suffer with allergies and fibro like symptoms and seem to sleep better on softer mattresses. So after trying them I opted for the Exeter cashmere and wool mattress, I also tried a mattress topper with this (the pocket) and wasn't quite sure as I'd recently spent £300 on a feather topper from a high quality company.

I had a 10% off code and discussed with the showroom rep, who's father originally owned the company as to whether it may be better to try the mattress first then add a topper, which she agreed may be a good idea but that I wouldn't then get my 10% discount if adding afterwards, so weighing this up I opted to add a very expensive mattress topper at purchase (£384).

Imagine my surprise when after my purchases I was emailed a 15% off code...which is for customers that have already purchased from then. So she was indeed right, I wouldn't get 10% off, I would get 15% off, but I was definitely made to feel I would miss out on any discount. I really felt a local company should act better than this.

There was also no real guidance on spring tension. The mattress I ordered had a soft spring tension in the showroom so I ordered soft, but after doing some online research established that for myself I needed a medium tension spring due to my weight and my partners weight. I had asked about this but was simply told I was in the normal weight bracket so was fine. If you look for this info online it will clearly give you definitive weight measurements that support the 3 different spring tensions. I suggest you check this yourself as this company will not present you with the information to make the correct choice.

After realising that soft spring tension was not adequate, I emailed them to change my order to medium spring , no problem they would update.

My mattress was made swiftly and I was contacted to say the courier would deliver on a certain day and make contact with me. They delivered, but no contact was made, it was a wait and see delivery. The delivery team were good however.

Mattress was delivered. The next day I get a call to say they have a mattress to be delivered for me....so I say I already had my delivery. They say there's another mattress on the van for me. So as you can imagine, after changing my spring tension within 24 hrs of ordering it appears it generated 2 orders and to this day I still do not know if I've got the medium or soft tension spring! Not what you want when parting with nearly 2k.

After sleeping on the mattress with the topper, I had a bad back so had to remove the topper, so that's a very large chunk of money lost.

The Exeter mattress on its own is better but still not perfect. My back still aches a bit, I have slept better on a cheap Fogarty sadly. So the whole experience wasn't great for me. Wasted cash, the unknown of whether my mattress is really a medium spring and also feeling let down by the showroom staff on discount information and spring tensions.

The concept is great but in reality it doesn't all quite come together, which is a shame. An expensive error of judgment on my behalf and it hasn't improved my sleep sadly.

All things I suggest potential customers consider as it's quite a substantial amount of money.

The mattress is super comfy and seems to be constructed to a very high standard. Cottonsafe were very responsive when communicating to arrange delivery, which was fulfilled exactly as planned. A smaller item ordered at the same time as the mattress initially didn't arrive, but Cottonsafe responded to my query immediately and it (or a replacement) arrived two days later.

Really comfy mattress. Bet happy with my purchase. Good service.

Great customer service and excellent product - I have slept really well since receiving my Cottonsafe Natural Mattress. I did a lot of research before choosing this product and feel very happy with the outcome.

Perfect for my five yr old. Mattress lovely and soft and delivered on time. Would recommend.

Great service and a great product. Well made, very comfortable and natural.

First class after sales service- nothing too much trouble when we wanted a firmer mattress which was fulfilled within a short time.

Nice mattress. When you know about what is usually added it is the peace mind you are paying for. The quality is qood and it is double bagged so you do not have to unpack to get it upstairs, just take out the outer layer.
