Cotswold Composite Doors Anmeldelser

Superb service! Thanks Steve and the team, great customer service experience, no pressure, very personable. Great quality front composite door, money well spent and the replacement back door was great quality too. Efficient service that met expectations, would certainly recommend. Thank you!

Professional service and fitting, very happy with my new composite backdoor, it looks and feels a quality secure door. Thank you

Great front door
It was good from start to finish and we love our new door, would recommend

Great service from Steve coming round and showing the brochure, quotes in a timely manner and no pressure. Kept updated with time scales throughout and fitters were clean and tidy. Really happy with the new door, looks great!

Chuffed to bits with the door , great service, great price and really likable people. 100% recommend.

Prompt professional service at competitive prices. Had new composite front door and side panels fitted plus two replacement bedroom windows. Steve kept us up to date on timings throughout and good quality of workmanship by Max the fitter. Everything looks so much fresher. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and very thorough from first visit through to door choice, ordering and installation. Would definitely recommend.

Faultless service and honest approach with no hard sell from Steve when choosing our door. The installation by Max who had to remove a 100 year old door and frame was seemless, and he left our house immaculate once finished. We're very pleased with our new door and I would genuinely recommend this company without hesitation - which is rare these days! Thanks.

Steve was great, professional and patient, even though we changed the style and colour a few times.
He always responded to any queries promptly and kept us up to date on our order.

Steve was very professional and helpful, our door was a great price and very good quality, compared to the other quotes we had received. We would highly recommend him and suggest supporting a local business rather than national companies.
The fitting service was also very good and fitted on time.

Many thanks

First things first, like the previous reviewer I wanted to go local for my new front door so found Cotswold Composite Doors online.
Steve fed back quickly, pointing out a minor incompatibility in the spec I'd created for the door and checking that his alternative suggestion worked for me. He came round to measure up (twice as there was something he wanted to check). On the day it was identified (unfortunately after removal of old frame) that the door was a mirror image (i.e. hinged the wrong side) so it was fitted while the replacement was being prepared.

2 weeks later Steve confirmed replacement had arrived from the supplier and arranged a date the following week to fit it (and finish up the work to make everything look nice). Fitter attended again on this date and did a lovely job finishing things up. Given the doors are made to order, I doubt it could have been dealt with any faster, and Steve kept me in the loop all the way through.

Very happy with the way Steve managed the whole process end to end and with the final outcome - the fitter did an excellent job. I would recommend to anyone, things won't always go perfectly but Steve and Co did a great job of solving problems as promptly and effectively as possible.

There are so many companies offering Composite Doors, who do you choose? Well we wanted to go local, (not a fan of these national companies offering bog standard products) that was our first priority and support a family business. We came across CCD, their website drew us in as it was one of the best in terms of detail and how you could create your door. That led to us arranging Steve to come around to discuss options and further details about their product. And we could not fault Steve and his team from that moment on. He was able to advise on colours to suit our home and the quality of their composite doors was the best we had seen. Good communication throughout and the fitter was a credit to the company. Attention to detail, efficient, tidy installer and cleaned up completely afterwards. And finally the door looks absolutely great. I would highly recommend this company and their products, trust me you will not be disappointed. Brendan.

What a great service from Steve and the team at Cotswold Composite Doors. Helped us through every stage of choosing our new front door and the installation process. Excellent quality and a professional service! Highly recommended.

Steve was very professional from the start, explained everything clearly and made some suggestions which I was very grateful for. The door looks great and you notice the quality in difference from the door removed.

The installation was carried out to a high standard, the area was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend the company and would certainly use them again in the future.

Fantastic experience with Steve at CCD. Booked in a consultation and then I had to rearrange. Nothing was too much trouble. Steve then came and quoted a basement door. We agreed on the price and booked the installation. Lovely workmanship. All done on time and within budget. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Great customer service from Steve from the off, he was very consultative and gave us time to decide what door we wanted without any hassle. We had quotes from three different companies locally and I can honestly say Steve was outstanding. I would 100% recommend Cotswold Composite Doors to any of my friends, family and any person within the Cotswolds! 10/10

Steve was the ultimate expert from the initial consultation to the follow up after the door was fitted. Friendly, trustworthy and not pushy sales something that is so hard to find these days. We are so satisfied with new door that I would highly recommend to everyone and we have already referred him to a family member who has had the exact same experience. 5 stars ⭐️ doesn’t do the service justice!!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Easy to use online design service. We had an unavoidable delay due to the snow, but fitting was rearranged quickly and Steve kept us updated throughtout. Would happily use again, and recommend.
