Just received my natural oak dining table from cosy wood, and I could not be happier. It is the most beautiful piece of handcrafted furniture I have seen. The customer service has been second to none from start to finish, with timely responses. We ordered a dining table and bench from Coseywood. The whole process was simple and informative from start to finish. We were kept updated on progress throughout and the dining table and bench were beautiful when they were delivered. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful dining table with a gorgeous grain and lovely design of the table legs. Looks much more expensive than it is! Also, easy to clean and very sturdy. Excellent customer service was updated with photos of the table preparation via emails.

The table was delivered this morning. My hubby and I love it very much! Quality wood and excellent craftsmanship. A living art piece. Smooth communication throughout. My moving got slightly delayed and Cosywood team can hold the table and change the delivery date which is a great service.

Extremely responsive, accommodating and professional company who happen to sell great products too. At each stage, communication and delivery has been first class and our new bespoke, hand made dining table is a beautiful new centrepiece in our kitchen. Thanks to Tim and his team and I'd highly recommend them to all.

Outstanding quality.The team was constantly updating us with the progress.At the final stage they called me to confirm that everything was alright.Advice for the maintenance is provided without dark spots.The assembly and cardboard collection was flawless and tidy.

After visiting multiple furniture stores and finding close but not perfectly what we wanted, we decided to give CosyWood a shot. I am SO SO SO glad we did. Customer Service was amazing at getting exactly what we were looking for, at a price that was in line with all the standard tables we saw in the big stores. If you have any reservations about a custom order off an online operation, I can tell you personally you won't be disappointed.

It was the communication and support from the get go that made us choose CosyWood. As soon as we ordered the samples a member of the team reached out and asked for some photos of the floor we were trying to match the colour to and kindly gave us recommendations, they also sent extras at no cost to compare. CosyWood helped us with a bespoke design which was exciting, they sent us a sketch to approve before production to ensure all was as we wanted it, they later sent photos of our table before dispatch. The table was perfect and we couldn’t be happier! Fantastically helpful and professional team - Thank you :)

We found cosywood on a web site and ordered samples of the wood you could choose cosywood were very good keeping you informed and any questions you may have we picked the table and bench to be made we were informed how long it would take it took 5 weeks to be made we then had photos to show us what it looked like made in the workshop before we had it delivered and did we approve the table and bench was made beautifully just what we wanted I would definitely recommend cosywood for your bespoke table and bench

This would have been 5 stars because the table is beautiful and just what we wanted. However, we found the delivery driver uncooperative when we said we wanted to unpack and check the table for any damage in transit before we would sign the delivery note.

Good communication before ordering. Great product. Safely delivered and we'll packaged. Couldn't ask for more and worth every penny. Thank you.
