I recently bought the Diamond dining table from Cosywood, and it’s turned out to be a great purchase. It’s sturdy, looks exactly like the pictures online, and fits well with my room’s decor. The delivery process was smooth, and assembling it was straightforward with the provided instructions. While I’m always a bit cautious buying furniture online, this one didn’t disappoint. If you’re considering a reliable table without any over-the-top frills, the Diamond table is a solid choice.

We ordered a large, bespoke dining table and two benches from Cosywood in January 2023. The order went into production in February and were delivered in March 2023. We were initially so pleased with the whole process, this all changed when the table began to split just 4 weeks after it was delivered. On 24th April 2023, we reported the problem and were met with promises that a new table would be made and delivered. We are yet to receive any replacements, it is now October 2023! We made some complaints about how long it was taking in August and they arranged for a replacement in September. However, when this table turned up, it was the wrong table and it had to be taken away again. We have been promised that this issue will be sorted and that we are priority, although the reality is that they only respond when you complain and then those promises are empty.. My advice, DO NOT BUY FROM Cosywood. We are now left with a very expensive defective table. Very disappointed.

Ich habe kürzlich meinen Diamond-Tisch in Schwarz auf Schwarz hier in Berlin erhalten, und er ist wirklich ein Highlight in meinem Essbereich. Die Handwerkskunst des Tisches zeigt sich in seinen Details und das Finish ist elegant, was ihm eine moderne Note verleiht. Obwohl der internationale Lieferprozess seine Unsicherheiten hatte, war das Cosywood-Team sehr unterstützend und sorgte dafür, dass ich stets informiert war. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Zusammen mit den passenden Stühlen hat dieser Tisch unser Esserlebnis verwandelt. Ich würde Cosywood empfehlen für diejenigen, die eine Kombination aus Stil und Langlebigkeit suchen.

I ordered a an Albert X Custom Sized table in Nov 2020 at the cost of 1299. The table arrived in February despite some issues with the delivery company. The table has two leaves to extend it, unfortunately one leaf was not flush when connected to the table so it dropped down to one side. The metal leg of the leaf was also bent. The leaf had to be returned, and when it came back to us the frame was packed with small pieces of wood to raise it from the metal frame. We complained again about this and was told they would replace the table but it would take 6 weeks to replace upon return or we could avail of a partial refund. We opted for a partial refund as it was already April and we didn’t want to wait over 2 months for a table. When we are entertaining with the leaves out, we have a table cloth over the table so people don’t notice the leaf runs upwards and they wont be able to see the wood packing.

We thought we would give Cosywood a second chance after there being issues we had ordered previously. We ordered a custom Trematon side board in October 2021 at a cost of 1300. The sideboard arrived at the end of January 2022 but unfortunately two of the doors had dents in them, which as we were told was likely in transportation however what we concluded was that it was because of the handles. Prior to delivery the two doors had been open at the same time, or one opened too far and as such the handle pushed into the wood of the other door. The two doors were returned, where they were packed and sanded. They were returned in March 2022. We went 4-6 weeks without doors on the cabinet, the fix was good as you can only noticed where the fix was when you look very closely at the doors. When they returned the doors we also requested a change on the handles so that this doesn’t happen if we were to open the doors. Cosywood awarded us a small gesture for the inconvenience.

Despite having had 2 bad experiences previously, we decided to order a custom console table at £780 in February 2023. The first console arrived, the drawers had been placed the wrong way round as the grain did not flow. I contacted Cosywood and they apologised and said it would be rectified. In communications to follow I was told they don’t advertise the grain flowing despite it showing everything online as flowing grain, our previous purchases were live grain. They shipped a new console, where we approved the images of the unit before they would ship. When the console arrived the frame was the wrong way round, this was not how it looked in the images. Cosywood took photos, dismantled, reassembled the wrong way and then shipped. Cosywood were hesitant and quite rude when I spoke to them and they again reminded me they didn’t need replace the first unit. Cosywood replaced the item again, this time with the original item that was returned. Cosywood corrected the original issue. It took 4 months to receive our item. Cosywood should consider changing their delivery firm, as the only notification you receive is 40 minutes before the delivery arrives. Customer services had offered me £100 gesture after the frame arriving the wrong way round, however a number of weeks later after the delivery of the item I was then told that management were only going to offer £50, after a lengthy phone call I was given the £100 gesture which was a result of me stating I would report them to trading standards and other bodies where I had email evidence.

Cosywood quality is good, quality control is very poor and customer services needs significant improvement.

I was on the lookout for a unique dining table for my new home and stumbled across Cosywood. I was intrigued by their customization options and decided to give it a shot. I must say, the table turned out better than I expected! The detailing and the finish were truly impressive. However, I'm taking off a star because the assembly instructions were a bit confusing and it took me a while to put it together. But once it was up, it was definitely worth the effort. Also, their customer service was really helpful when I called up with questions. All in all, if you're after a bespoke piece and willing to put in a bit of elbow grease in the assembly, I'd highly recommend Cosywood!
