I love supporting businesses like Cosy Panda. You can tell the effort that they've gone to throughout the order experience and down to the hot water bottle itself, obviously.
This is our second, long Teddy hot water bottle. The quality is outstanding and the fact is that this stays warmer for longer. The teddy is also versatile- it's the good thing about the longer version- put it around you on the couch or use it to warm the bed. Ticks all the boxes for winter.

Hi Miss Watson,
While we appreciate all feedback and we are always looking for ways to improve and keep all customers happy, I do feel this 1* review is extremely harsh. I have looked at your order details and see that you ordered on Friday 22nd just after 6pm and selected our standard delivery service (Royal Mail Track48) and it arrived on Monday 25th at your address, just after 4pm, I’m not sure how much faster this could have been, even if you had selected our express service.
Regarding the emails, I agree that there is a balance with how many different customers want to receive and so we have a clear unsubscribe option at the bottom of all of them.
While feedback is welcome and appreciated and I always want to find ways to improve, I am sure you will understand that I am protective of the small business that we have built.
Regards,
Freddie

Kid’s winter bike ride accessory
It’s so pretty and feels very high quality. I give it to my son to wear when I bike him to school in the morning and it makes it so much more pleasurable to do his morning commute. It’s made our dark winter mornings less stressful.

The cuff looks lovely but is quite bulky. It makes filling the bottle with hot water a little risky as it’s hard to grip the bottle safely.

Hi Sue, thanks for sharing and I am sorry that you are finding the bottle hard to fill with the roll neck design covers. We have opted for this style of cover as it not only looks nicer (in our opinion) but it means all of the natural rubber bottle is covered after filling. Please find a link below to an article we made and a video for how to fill up your bottle with the cover on.

Cosy by name cosy by nature
Hot water bottles are an odd thing but they are lovely as the weather becomes cooler.
The company has a splendid selection of designs and they supply spare bottles as the life span is 2-3 years from purchase which makes it useful I wonder if the bottles can be returned to be made into new bottles?
