Cosyinsulation Anmeldelser

Rapid appointment time suited to my schedule, attic insulated in approx 3 hours, polite staff, certificate of product guarantee

Two guys arrived on time told me how long the job would take very friendly layed coverings on the floor to protect it done job in time stated and cleaned up absolutely no mess or disruption to household highly recommend.

Good communication from Miriam, particularly when I had a query on appointment date. Rod called to survey our attic but due to the nature of attic very quickly advised that we would need excess volumes of foam, resulting in an expensive quote. He also advised that this would not be suitable for our vaulted ceilings. White not being able to avail of the product, I appreciated Rod’s honesty and professional advice.

Highly recommend, the lads were in and out in about 2 hours, very clean, and lovely lads.

My experience with Cosy Roof, was one of efficiency from the time I made my first call, right through until the job was completed by the two efficient men from Belfast to complete the installation

They were honest, they explained everything in detail allowing you to make an informed decision. From a price point, hard to beat.
Excellent service

The lads where brilliant tidy from start to finish in one day 👍even the office staff very helpful 👍👍👍

The company were a pleasure to deal with from the very start, from booking the job to the lads that did the install.I would definitely recommend them.

the work was done quickly and efficiently, the end result was as promised, the workers were reliable and precise,

I initially requested a quotation and was impressed by how promptly the company scheduled an engineer’s visit. Unfortunately, despite taking an hour off work (at my own expense) to accommodate the appointment, the engineer failed to arrive at the agreed time. Later, I received a call from a representative informing me that the engineer had shown up one hour later and was surprised I wasn’t there. I had already returned to work.

At no point did the engineer or the company notify me of any delay.

This experience highlights a serious lack of communication and coordination. I expected a more professional service and am disappointed by the poor standard provided.

Comfortable working with your various crew.

we are very happy. the people are very professiannols and always available to speak with you at anytime you need.

Very professional and the man that gave the quote was very pleasent and easy to talk to and explained every thing and gave you the best option to suit your situation

Very easy to deal with this company to organise the attic to be insulated. Friendly staff. Only negative was the guys doing the actual insulating left all the rubbish up in the attic when they were finished, all the plastic packaging, otherwise I would have given a 5 star review.

They did what they said they would do on time and in a very professional, friendly manner. I would highly recommend Cosy insulation and will be going back to them for my solar panels soon.

Great experience! Delighted with the work carried out on our home. The difference it’s make is extremely impressive.

Arrived on time. Very clean job. Couldn't believe how tidy and fast it was. Definitely recommend to anyone.

No messing about they get stuck right in
