I paid $65.00 for sheets on 12/4 they took my money and never sent me confirmation email, I have emailed them, messaged them on Facebook, Instagram and they refuse to answer me, as of today they have not even acknowledged me.
They are a SCAM

I've ordered their comforters before and absolutely loved them so I placed a second order in September 2024. I received no updates for 3 weeks so I reach out to customer services only to be told my item was out of stock.
Okay, no biggie. I continued to wait. 2 months pass by with absolutely no updates on my order. After contacting customer support, they tell me my color is still out of stock, but I could choose a different color which they can ship immediately. I chose a different color and asked them to ship it out immediately since I've been waiting for over 2 months at this point. A few days later, I receive another email stating the second I chose (which they offered as a replacement for my first choice) was not out of stock. At this point I'm beyond frustrated. In the end, since they had zero idea on when they'd restock any of the colors I wanted, I picked a third choice. I'm hoping they will ship it as intended. This has been the most frustrating process of ordering anything online ever. Their lack of communication is also very disappointing.

Cozy house immediately shipped new flannel sheets and dryer ball’s!
The rich Teal color is amazing, soft flannel like we had in Ireland!!
To have such quality made in America is amazing!
They fit perfectly and the added elastic strap is a great touch!
We’ll be looking forward to getting more colors and summer sheets!

The quality of the dryer ball’s surprised me as others required 5 and didn’t provide the softening and static reduction that cozy house does!

I ordered the wrong sheets and Sarah at their customer service was so helpful and kind. It was my error but she helped me rectify the situation. It was so refreshing to receive such great customer care service in a world where that’s becoming a dying art. 5 ⭐️s for cosy house and Sarah!!

They will not stand behind their warranty. Talked to owner direct no help.

I recently purchased a set of Everyday sheets that had a minor quality control issue upon receiving them. I contacted CosyHouse customer service who quickly jumped into action to resolve the matter. I was very impressed by how CosyHouse stands behind their product and ensured that the customer was satisfied. Keep up the good work -- thanks!

I have used cosy house sheets for approximately 5 years. I recently purchased 2 new sets and after the first couple of washing’s they started piling. I contacted cozy house and after a FEW emails they replaced the 2 sets of sheets. We received them and washed them and put them on the bed. After about two weeks we changed the bed and washed them and you guessed it they piled. I again contacted cosy house and explained what happened and sent pictures and washing instructions. They responded that they had already replaced them once and all the would do is give me a 20% discount on another purchase. Why would I buy more. I had 2 sets of sheets that lasted over 4 years and now I’ve had 4 sets that’s haven’t lasted 2 months. Do not buy these sheets. It’s a waste of money and all cosy house wants is your money not your loyalty.

Bought bedsheets, after second wash pulling started. That is Sandy little balls on the surface of the sheet, very uncomfortable. A result that should only happen when sheets are old. Very cheap!

Beautiful sheets when you fist get them (I actually brought another set on the first day of receiving) but after 1-2 washes they are covered in bobbles. An absolute waste of my money and what's more is if you properly search the reviews they are of all this same complaint but shown as a 5 star!!! This is false marketing !!!
Avoid and don't make the same mistake

Sheets pilled after following all of their guidelines, was given the run around over email and never replaced sheet that were still under warranty!
Don’t waste your time with this company!

I purchased duvet cover, sheets etc. Was very disappointed to discover they contain very little bamboo and are mostly viscose. They feel like nylon. I contacted the company twice but they do not respond.

Only washed twice and are already pilling very bad , cost too much to already be having this problem. Haven’t owned them long and requesting refund since within the 90 days

Shipping 5 to 7 days. Right so far it's was shipped over 9 days, held in there 3rd party receiving for 4 days, usps believe it will take another 2 weeks, for delivery

I placed an order for two sets of sheets and a luxury comforter. First red flag is that my receipt wasn’t sent to email, instead I got order updates via the wallet app.
Unfortunately the comforter didn’t work out so I needed to return it. I couldn’t easily find return info since everything was sent to the wallet app. Finally I found the return info: mail it back, include order number inside, wait for a refund. No contacting the business, no free shipping for returns. Unfortunately it cost $50.00 to return the comforter because of its size and weight.
What could the business do to improve? Send emailed receipts like everyone else (they are easy to search for and very helpful), provide free returns. Never shopping here again.

These sheets are of inferior quality. First of all, the sheets are very thin! You can see right through them and they are not cooling at all. I kept waking up in the night very hot, unlike with my Rayon sheets. Secondly, there are loose strings and bad hemming. Very disappointed in the quality. The color was pretty on the dark teal, but I order 2 sets and the black was more like a dark grey. When I searched reviews for these sheets I noticed that other reviews with five stars, were actually bad reviews in the comments. Very strange. I guess you get what you pay for. I will not order these sheets again.

Very impressed with customer service's quick response to a question on sheets I've had for a few months. They addressed the issue within an hour of my email and within a day and offered a remedy which I did not expect. They certainly surpassed my experiences with customer service representatives.

The sheets were very, very thin and their so called "no hassle" return policy is a very big hassle - they do not pay to ship them back.
In this day and age - this is ridiculous. I will never do business with this company again.

The quality is no more, bought a set and after just 4 washes bunnies are showing up, not even 3 months old. BEWARE EVERYONE

Didn't fit my Temperpedic mattress. Said it was made for 12", mine is 11".
Not even close. Very sloppy and loose.
They initially told me free return but ended up costing me almost as much as the set to return via the cheapest option, USPS.
I would never do business with this company again. Use Way fair or Amazon.

Takes forever to get orders delivered. Zero communication or updates. No problem changing my money account instantly. Very disappointed, never order again. Poor delivery wait times zero stars.
