Cosy Garden Rooms built a summerhouse at my new build home in Derbyshire. The team are fantastic and from beginning to end offered unparalleled service. The design was bespoke to what I wanted and they offered advice and support to ensure the build met my needs and complied fully with building regulations. The building looks fabulous and 1 year later continues to provide me and my family with a garden retreat. The aftercare is top notch and I cannot recommend the team highly enough.

From start to finish Andy, Dean and team were amazing. Everything was completed professionally, impeccably and on time. Our Garden room is a well used space and worth every penny.

Andy, Dean and Mark provide a great service. They began work on the Monday, laying the base for the room and spending the rest of the day cutting timber while the concrete dried. The main body of the building then appeared at lightning speed on the Tuesday, and by the end of the week it was all finished, including the electrics and painting. Materials and workmanship are all first rate. Highly recommended!

I really can’t recommend this company enough.

I was looking high and low for a garden room company that ticked all the boxes that I was looking for. I needed a garden room that I was going to use a photography studio, and because it was to be a studio it needed to be higher than the normal build. After gaining planning permission (because of the extra height) and after looking at multiple companies across the country i came across cosy rooms.

I spoke to Andy in the phone , he was friendly and knowledgeable about the builds and gave me confidence that this was the right company to use. We live in sussex and 4 hours from where cosy rooms are based and this was no problem for the team.

Building the garden room - throughout the build I was kept informed what was happening and given great advice throughout. The team got on with the work without any issues, and cleared after themselves after. The other parts of the team joined such as the electricians and air conditioning and were brill. The painter was last to come after the build was complete, and you couldn’t meet a nicer guy , nothing was too much and he worked really hard and done a excellent job.

The finished article - honestly I couldn’t be happier, the quality and workman shop is fantastic, I constantly have feedback how great it is!!!! We just love it. We have a working professional studio in my garden which I can use all year round which I can do all my photography work such as family shoots, model shoots, newborn shoots, dog shoots and so on.

Now the main issues I have had with tradesmen in the past is the after care , once you pay and something goes wrong you can tell how good a company is by how it’s dealt with and in my experience if it is dealt with at all!
I had one little issue with one of the trimmings on the garden room. I raised the issue to cosy rooms , they contacted me straight away and booked in for someone to sort it out. On the day planned someone drove 4 hours and dealt with the issue efficiently without any issues - which gave me further trust that I chose the best, and the reason I wanted to finally do a review. Thankyou Cosy rooms it’s a massive 5 stars for your team by me !!!!!!!

The month or so waiting for our slot was by far the longest time! My room was built and ready for me to us in just a week, and it is amazing!

The team were so respectful on site - 8 trades people came into it, but it is practically untouched.

Everything was built to a high standard, and the team are so friendly and happy to talk about the build.

I would recommend them to anyone!

What can we say about Cosy Garden Rooms other than they are AMAZING! Right from the start where we had an initial idea of what we wanted, Mark said send a sketch over - a terrible sketch it was, but he worked wonders with it, sending ideas over with things included we’d not even thought of. Then Andy and Dean turned our dream into reality. Their customer service truly is second to none, nothing was too much trouble. And when on site, they were respectful and cleaned up everything after themselves. They made the whole experience incredibly easy and we cannot recommend them enough!

Had Cozy garden rooms create a home office for me and very pleased with the quality of the work done. Andy and the rest of the team were very professional, got the work done on time, and took great care of my garden whislt they were working at my property. Really pleased with the result and would use them again!

The Cosy Garden team were friendly, efficient and great to work with, from the initial plans and quoting through Mark, to the on-site team of Andy and Dean. Our project was completed in less than a week and to a high standard. We just have a couple of snags which the team are coming back to sort, and overall we are very happy with our new garden office. We would definitely recommend Cosy Garden Rooms to anyone wanting a completely bespoke, hand built, quality outside additional space.

CGR’s are very professional, their communication was good and they were punctual. Our cabin was constructed and finished in a timely fashion and we are extremely pleased with it.

Mark understood what we required, what could be achieved, and drew up the plans really quickly. Just a few weeks later, and Dean and Andy were on site building our dream. The team worked so hard, and nothing was too much trouble. The site was tidy every night, and any last minute changes to the plan were accommodated no problem.
By the end of the week we had a beautiful garden room to enjoy.
We now use it every day as a place to relax after work, and entertain / chill with friends at weekends.
If you are looking to build your dream, I would not hesitate to highly recommend these guys!

The garden room is wonderful we use it everyday. Unlike a conservatory it is snug in the winter and cool in the summer. We use it everyday and even in bad weather it's lovely to sit viewing our garden.
Andy & Dean were really lovely, helpful and very efficient. We were lucky to get such a professional team to build our garden room!!!
