We recently had a garden room built by Cosy Garden Rooms Ltd. The whole experience from design, build to completion was excellent. The build quality is excellent and we are delighted with the fantastic addition to our garden. We did experience a slight issue with needing some extra timber to be added under the decking so that we could have a glass and steel ballustrade fitted, but this was rectified after the initial build, without any quibble by the team. I would highly recommend Cosy Garden Rooms. The installation team were a pleasure to have on-site -and definitely earned their bacon butties and drinks! ;-)

We’ve just had a garden room built by Cosy Garden Rooms and honestly the whole experience was spot on from start to finish.

Every single person in the team was great to deal with. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, which these days is rarer than it should be. No messing about, no excuses, just got on with the job.

The build quality is excellent and the finished room is to a really high standard. The attention to detail is clear and it feels solid, well finished and properly thought through.

Would definitely recommend Cosy Garden Rooms.

Really happy with the garden room which I will be using as an art studio. It fits perfectly in the space and is an attractive feature in the garden It is probably the smallest one they usually do but perfect for my intended use.
Mark came out to see me and was very helpful with ideas - loads of choice of colour/cladding both inside and out. No pushy sales pitch! I made a couple of alterations with windows and heating (it is worth checking what comes as standard) and these were easily accommodated. The lighting has dimmer, sensors, three choices of value and also outside lights which look great at dusk!
The fitting lads were great - really friendly and professional. Installation took three days and they worked hard throughout!
There was a slight delay as I needed planning permission (there are no permitted development rights and the council website was confusing) so the fitting date had to be altered but this was easily accommodated.
I was pleasantly surprised that a painter and decorator came out to paint inside and out - looks very fresh
We've had storms and very heavy rain and happily no issues
It has become a talking point when people visit and I am looking forward to the Spring/Summer when the room will double up as a bar!

Exceptionally efficient, like a well oiled machine. Huge thanks to Andy, Dean and team. Mark's knowledge and professionalism when doing the site visit / plans etc and the accounts team were outstanding too. Very pleasant and respectful team.
I'm now so looking forward to many hours in the gym... and a few cheeky beers when not in the mood!

The team at Cosy Garden Rooms delivered a lovely garden room delivering the extra space we wanted. They were professional, friendly and certainly put in the hours until it was fully completed. Recommended.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The site visit from Mark helped us to finalise the design. The construction teams arrived on time and were efficient and friendly, and finally Andy made sure that everything was upto standard.

We are so pleased with the final result and are looking forward to lots of happy hours in the new art studio.

I am so pleased with my very attractive garden room, not a summerhouse but somewhere I can put and use my rehabilitation equipment all through the year. My garden room is also completely accessible for my wheelchair. I did a lot of research to find this company and it was well worth it because everything went so smoothly.So I thoroughly recommend Cosy Garden Rooms.

The Cosy Gardens team made the experience very easy. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard and built a lovely art studio.
They were flexible about incorporating a sliding door from a previous studio. There were one or two issues about the cost of the electrical work but these were minor and were resolved in a very reasonable way by the team. Overall it was a very positive experience and we are delighted with the result.

Brilliant company and would highly recommend, designed everything to exactly what I was looking for. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the whole experience was as seamless and very stressless. Every timeframe and all expectations were met, if you’re looking for a cosy home for your garden…. then I would definitely consider this company.

From the first contact to the final sign off of the build the communication from the team at Cosy Garden Rooms has been outstanding.

They were able to come out to site quickly to assess the scope for the project and provided clear guidance throughout.

All expectations that they set were either met, or in most cases exceeded.

When the team arrived to start the build they introduced themselves and were friendly and polite throughout.

They arrived each day at the expected time and were respectful of our property and neighbours.

They cleaned up after themselves so well that the garden was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

The whole project took just over one week to complete with the build part of the project complete in 4 days.

The additional space the building has given us is invaluable as we both work from home and have an already crowded house with three children.

The overall build quality was so good that I am unlikely to need another garden building in this lifetime. If I did, I would hire Andy and his team again.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Cosy Garden Rooms. I looked at many different companies before deciding, and I’m so glad I chose Cosy Garden Rooms, they truly delivered an excellent result.

Whilst looking on line to purchase a garden room we came across cosy garden rooms how lucky were we. From the very first visit to discuss our needs everything ran smoothly from day one.
After getting our quote paying a small deposit it was all systems go we were given a date which actually turned out to be earlier than expected.
On the day along came the first crew who dismantled two sheds took it all away, followed by concrete bases laid ready, the next day another crew arrived with the buildings by that evening both were up. They then completed the cladding whilst the electrician worked inside.At the end of the week buildings complete along came a painter to paint Them both.
This was followed by a man who took away any rubbish after which we were the very happy owners of a beautiful garden room and a custom built garden shed.
We re so pleased with the professionalism of this
company every person arrived on time always neat
and tidy and respectful even thanking us at the end of each day for the cool drinks that we had given them on very hot days.
To anyone looking for a garden room or a custom built garden shed look no further this is definitely the best
you will find.

The Cosy team have been great from start to finish.

From our initial enquiry, at which point we hadn’t completely settled on getting a garden room over an extension, they have been tremendous. Mark responded to our enquiry immediately with a personal response and an offer to visit the next day. He worked up some initial plans to give us a ball park quote and we went from there.

Our vision was to have a multifunctional room - guest room, two work stations, TV break out area for our growing kids and gym space. We also wanted a bathroom. This added complication and separately commissioned groundwork for waste and water. None the less, Mark created detailed drawings and instructions for the groundwork team to ensure everything was situated where it was needed.

The build went very smoothly. Andy and the team were incredibly professional and tidy, and the room was built in less than a week. The other trades including painter (Tom) and electricians were great. The electrical team really went the extra mile, adapting things as needed and spotting things that could be improved. They clearly take a lot of pride in their great service.

Follow up has been great too - nothing is too much effort. Thanks Andy for the multiple trips!

All in all it’s been a great experience and we absolutely love our garden room - the bespoke approach delivered exactly what we were after. It has fully exceeded our expectations. Thank you Cosy team.

Fantastic experience with Cosy Garden Rooms.

We originally had a quote from local competitor. Mark explained much of the Cosy team used to work for them but broke away to form Cosy garden rooms to maintain their high standards. Mark was very honest throughout the quotation and design process, highlighting areas which would save us money or which products they could sell but he didn't think would work in our use case. The design process was excellent and catered for the individual ideas we had for the space. Our quote ended up being several thousand pounds cheaper than the local competitor but with a much higher standard of product and a concrete base being laid, something the other company never recommended.

Andy and the install team were excellent and polite throughout, even though it was a heatwave. The fit and finish of the garden room was excellent and Tom the painter/decorator did an amazing job of finishing off and making it look outstanding.

We noticed in a subsequent email about how Cosy are able to retrofit living roofs and mark was very helpful and honest in our enquiry about that too.

Overall, we'd highly recommend Cosy garden rooms. The whole sales and design process was very honest and non-pushy and very accommodating to our requirements, whilst the install team did a great job of the construction. What we appreciated most was the feedback and communication throughout. Instead of just giving us what we thought we wanted, the team worked with us to help build something much better.

We commissioned Cosy Garden Rooms to create a fantastic new classroom space for us at Madeley Nursery School. The experience for us was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication and a great product at a very reasonable price. We are delighted with it.

From the quoting and design process all the way through completion of build, it was a seamless experience. We wanted some very specific finishes, and the team had no issues with bringing these to life for us, and at a very competitve price. We are super happy with the finished product, enojoyed working with the admin and build team, and wouldn't have any issue recommending Cosy Garden Rooms.

I would have happily given 5 stars if the information on Cosy Garden Rooms’ website had been accurate. It clearly states that all Garden Rooms include heating, but unfortunately, mine did not.

That aside, there were many standout positives:

- Mark's design was outstanding—creative, functional, and full of clever solutions.
- Andy and his team worked efficiently, respectfully, and resolved minor snagging issues promptly.
- Chris, the decorator, delivered a flawless finish that really brought the space to life.
- The completion paperwork was detailed and professional, which inspired real confidence in an exceptional after sales service.

All in all, despite the disappointment over the heating, the service and craftsmanship were excellent. If the initial information had matched the final product, it would’ve been a full five stars from me.

Update: I have since been contacted by Cosy Garden Rooms, who have apologised for the error. Andy has arranged to send out a heater, which confirms my belief that Cosy Garden Rooms truly delivers fantastic after-sales service.
