I bought a bicycle for my granddaughter, but they delivered one with the wrong wheel size. When I called them, they explained that—supposedly—nobody actually knows how to determine wheel size. They claim returns are free under warranty, yet the moment you initiate a return, you are immediately required to pay for it. I will have to take them to court. As for their physical address? It’s just an empty field—typical "Chinese-style" business practices, as always.

Faulty products!!
We ordered a picnic table for my two girls (age 2&3) and after receiving this item we only got to use it once before it starting coming apart and becoming a hazard to the kids. The nails are sticking out of the pieces that are coming undone. All they got to do was sit on it. Customer service is trying to blame shipping company when it’s costzon product that is coming apart. Hopefully I can change my review once they take care of this issue.

The quality is very good and the manual of instruction is clear. Its a very excellent gift for my daughter

Price, process and delivery!

Horrible communication. Been asking for a few days now for the proof of delivery because it shows that it's delivered but we have not received this yet.

Delivery was free & fast! My little one loves his new tractor!!

If I could give a negative rating I would. I ordered a toddler electric motorcycle TWICE through Amazon. The first order was never delivered and I reordered December 14th, 2025. Amazon reports that the product was “attempted” to be delivered December 19th. It is a joke. No delivery was ever attempted and Amazon said there was a delay due to Christmas deliveries and they spoke with Costzon and they promised it would be delivered yesterday. Still no package.

Don’t order from Costzon and if you see the delivery company is Ontrac…, run away.
Worst two companies.

Purchased from costzon a kids atv 12 volt 4 wheeler for $246. When plugged in to charge the charger did not work. Costzon agreed after a week of back and forth, to send a replacement charger for my purchase on March 12, 2022. No word or charger from costzon on this date of April 29, 2022
