I had some issues with the driver ,but when I contacted the customer service , she fixed and I received my order .
I would like to say thank you very much (Amelia ) she was professional and she helped me.

Absolutely professionals and very quickly evrithing was sorted

Costway have helped themselves to £179.95 from my bank account and then acted like my order simply vanished into thin air.

No order confirmation.
No email.
No reference number.
No product.

Just my money — gone.

After numerous phone calls, Costway repeatedly claim they “can’t find” my order. Funny, because my bank has no trouble finding it. They’ve confirmed:

The payment was successfully taken

The exact time of purchase

An authorisation code proving Costway received the money

Yet Costway somehow have no record of taking £179.95. So which is it — a system so broken it loses paid orders, or a company happy to take money with zero accountability?

Customer service is a masterclass in incompetence: endless calls, no answers, no ownership, and absolutely no urgency to return money they took without delivering anything.

I’ve now had to escalate this with my bank because Costway are either unable or unwilling to resolve a problem they caused. Paying nearly £180 to be gaslit and ignored is not shopping — it’s a warning.

Avoid Costway unless you’re comfortable paying for nothing.

Terrible christmas tree its all falling apart before i even got it decorated .never would i buy from this company again .

I tried to write a product review for a dangerous product which could’ve killed my children. The review was still not published. So instead parents are see 25 fake 5 star reviews for a pushchair that may fall apart as you are crossing a road. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

The tandem pushchair wheel fell off when I was walking with my autistic 4 year old in it & my baby. Thank God it didn’t happen in the road they could’ve been killed. Costway lines are busy everytime I call. I left the voice messages which are getting ignored.

I bought a few pieces of furniture from Costway and was genuinely surprised by the quality. For the price I paid, I wasn’t expecting it to be this good.

One item arrived with a missing back panel. When I contacted them, they didn’t have a replacement in stock, so they offered a full refund straight away. I’m still waiting for it to show in my account, but I expect it soon.

Product was a great price, so we decided to order. Product was added to the basket, and we thought there may be a surcharge for delivery to NI, but surprisingly, we were offered delivery at no extra cost.
We received delivery confirmation (not acceptance) via email and notification from DHL that they were expecting our parcel, and the money was out of our account! Great, we thought, the parcel would soon be with us. Unfortunately, not. An email was received from someone introducing themselves as Helen, and she needed an extra £6 for delivery and to pay via a link, but the email was signed off from Amelia. So, not sure if Helen or Amelia is needing the payment.
After trying to email to resolve but having no response within the 24 hours they promised, it took numerous phone calls to eventually get through. The lady on the phone was lovely and agreed that what Costway does is not right with regards to charging after orders are placed and the lack of information on the website and during checkout. These cowboys are happy to take your money under false pretences. At no point during the checkout are you advised that after purchase, you will be contacted to pay additional shipping.
Still waiting for a response to see if they will honour the order they have already confirmed and taken payment for. I’d be very wary about using them as obviously not an honest or trustworthy business to deal with.

Order a 3 piece reindeer set. Quality is poor. The two smaller ones are half the brightness of the larger one. The larger one does not stay up despite using twice as many pegs as required. Raised this and I have been requested to waste additional time to go out in the cold to video the issue. I have spent hours going out to try and keep it up with no luck. My neighbour even tried and he failed too. It is a poor product and it should be a simple return per UK rules within 30 days but I am being made to jump through hoops. I will never use them again and recommend you avoid.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! I order an item on the 23/11/25, after 10h I decided to email them to cancel my order. I know I have 24h to cancel the item with no costs. After a couple of emails, they told me they would recall, get in contact with the DHL company and I didn’t have to to anything. Today, 28/11/2025, the driver knocked my door and it was the item!!! DHL driver didn’t even know about the recall, I’ve refused the delivery. Never again. Awful and ridiculous customer service.

I bought a kids toy for Christmas unfortunately one part was broken.
I emailed costway uk and the response was excellent. They went above and beyond to get a new part shipped to me. They kept me updated every step of the way.
Excellent service from this company, would highly recommend them.

I just bought a twin tub washing machine - it’s for small light loads, does just great .
The whole experience (new to me!) of buying online was easy, speedy, punctual, very pleasant delivery man helped me get the machine where I wanted it.
Communication with Costway by email was easy, very prompt response to my queries, and friendly.
I totally recommend Costway and will certainly look to them if I need anything more.

Ordered a gymnastics bar for my daughter's birthday. Assembly instructions were terrible and the parts didn't fit together properly, so sent it back. I asked if this was a common problem before ordering another one and was told that it wasn't. Ordered another one, which did not turn up by the expected time and no information provided by the courier. When it arrived, the same thing has happened - the parts do not screw together. They need to discontinue this product, they are obviously all faulty.

I don’t recommend costway at all
They never reply emails, I been trying to contact their CS them since may because the 40L dehumidifier I bought does not work at all, also they don’t have a phone number.
I feel upset because a 150£ dehumidifier will go to the tip, please just avoid companies that have poor customer service to avoid the clients to claim the warranty for the items they sell. I wish I have had seen the reviews before buying.

Ordered a bed on Friday evening, received an email telling me there was a delivery fee of £37 to be able to ship item to Northern Ireland on the Saturday morning at 7am. They pointed me towards a payment link, the terms and conditions page on deliveries as well asking me if I wanted to cancel the item.

The terms and actually state the maximum delivery fee is £30 on the website, and £10 at a minimum so either they've not updated this or, the person emailing was wrong. The bed was £250, I wasn't happy with £37 delivery as I can get a better quality bed from Argos for a similar price, and a lot cheaper delivery.

I replied within the hour of the email, and opted to cancel to which I received no response about the cancellation. I'm sure if I had paid the extortionate delivery fee, it would have be sent the same day.

Another note is, that Shein is selling the exact same bed, except in white for £188 roughly, which suggests the items from the site come from China, and have a increased price under the disguise of being a website ran by a company within the U.K.

I've recently ordered a fold up single bed from here at a really good price. Item arrived within three days and im really happy with the product. Its really sturdy and the mattress is comfortable

Order was delivered damaged, I contacted the company, they refused a refund and have since not replied. Poor customer service. AVOID.

Incredibly poor build quality. Drawers extremely wobbly and insecure, fittings far too loose, slightest jarring began peeling away the veneer from the wood. Unable to log in to leave review on the main website as the captcha was broken. DO NOT TRUST.

Good quality reverse osmosis tabletop machine I had a few problems trying to work out how to use it but the costway team were very helpful and polite and explained it all to me they even checked back to the supplier to get answers will buy again from this company,it was very well packed and arrived the next day
