This is a very big scam, I got the wrong products and they are not replying to any mails. Never order from this website. Such an awful experience. The order number is 16243

I ordered hand cream and they sent me a product with a two month expiry date. I emailed customer service. They did get back to me asking for photos and they would look into it. I have yet to get a reply.
I have tried emailing a couple times since sending what they had asked for. Won’t be ordering from them again.

This is scam. Never answered my emails

Really bad customer service.
I told them to cancel the order, they agreed and shipped the order out after a few days, and never respond to me after many follow ups.

Very poor experience.

I was booked at Applecross without being told there is no laser machine there. On the day, I was rebooked to Midland, which already wasted my time.

At Midland, the nurse told me their laser machines are not good and not worth doing full treatment, and that I could only do underarms. This completely lost my trust in the clinic.

She applied too much gel and when I refused treatment, she seemed happy that I was leaving.

Sent me only half of my order and never refunded me for the rest. I’ve reported them to the police and going to get my money back from my bank. Do not order with them bunch of thieves

I ordered a shampoo in Sept. They confirmed. Almost 6 weeks later, they wrote to let me know they couldn't fulfill and had to cancel. What?

Nearly 3 weeks after I placed an order and 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered, I followed up for an update and was informed that my order would be cancelled because of a change to their shipping process. The response was quick but I shouldn't have had to follow up only to find out I don't have an order coming, I could have ordered the products elsewhere in the 3 weeks I waited.

Very poor communication and I’ve asked for their Complaints Book twice, registered in Portugal. I am a business owner in USA and was initially interested in importing hair products. They use an unreliable shipping company GOFO express, which also has terrible communication. I’m now filing a fraud complaint with my bank for charges on my credit card for products I returned to them

I placed an order on June 3, 2025. Australia Post tracking didn’t update for over a week. I emailed info[at]cosmetyque.com multiple times, first about the order and then about a refund, but received no response.

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered products was debited and then told they were unable to ship but only credited back a portion of order, sent several emails to no avail. Would not deal with this place.

I was short supplied only received 1 of 2 product. However after 4 emails I have received a prompt refund.

I purchased two products 17/11/24 and a month later still no delivery or info on dispatch. I’ve tried to contact the company several times via their customer portal and they have not replied. I believe this is a scamming company.

una estafa. tener cuidado . orden COS8673 nunca llego, ni tampoco contestan al reclamar via correo, redes sociales etc. estoy a la espera de respuesta de paypal para devolucion de dinero

Aucun suivi, aucune réponse, et toujours pas de livraison prévue. 😡
