Cosmetic Surgery Solicitors Anmeldelser

TJL Solicitors took on my Rhinoplasty and got a settlement of £20,000. From day one TJL were professional and supportive and Michael even travelled from Manchester to London to meet me and reassure me about the case. The way that TJL handled my case lifted all of the stress and worry from my shoulders. I knew that they were trustworthy and professional and had my best interests at heart. I really cannot speak highly enough of Michael and Sarah and all of the other professionals involved in my case. The work and commitment they put into my case was beyond what I would have ever expected. I will forever be grateful to them

I have recently settled breast augumentation negligence claim and was pleased with the outcome. The support I received throughout the process was of a very high standard. Mike and Sarah explained the process clearly from start to finish and were always available to offer support if I had any questions or concerns. Their proffesionalism shone through, couldn't bielive the speed that everything was dealt with in a professional manner.
I would recommend using TJL Solicitors with no hesitation.

Can highly recommend TJL solicitors. I had a fantastic service from Russell Great communication and service. Many thanks

Very professional and really helpful.
Both Joanne and Russel were great with my case the whole way through till the end.

TJL Solicitors deserve this 5* rating. They have been really helpful and supportive throughout my claim and I am very thank full to them for everything they have done for me.

After suffering an extremely poor outcome from surgery, Mike and his assistant Sarah helped me secure significant compensation for my injuries. They acted with professionalism throughout and were always on hand to answer any questions and provide updates. It's clear Mike genuinely cares about his clients, and his countless 5 star reviews is a true reflection of the outstanding service he and TJL Solicitors provide. I would highly recommend them.

I didn’t think anyone would care. Let alone fight my corner after my cosmetic procedure went wrong.
Then I called TJL. Micheal and his amazing secretary Sarah gave me all the time in the world - professionally, emotionally, reassuring me, advising me, getting me seen by all the best specialists. They always kept me in the picture, organised everything for me, talked to me whenever I wanted and made me feel like I did matter. Micheal is a true gentleman that knows his stuff. He never gave up on me and I won my case :-)

I can’t thank them enough and recommend anyone seeking Justice.

I can't thank Michael and Sarah enough for their sheer hard work and incredible patience throughout my claim. If I had any questions they were on hand with a heartbeat and I cannot thank them enough. I contacted TJL spring 2017, highly depressed and at my wits end with the result of my operation. They are not only professional and of course extremely skilled but very empathetic and understanding. A very crucial character trait when someone is going through what feels like the worst thing that could ever happen. Thank you so much both! I couldn't recommend TJL more :)

The service we received was excellent. Very helpful, understanding and professional. Always keeping us up to date with the case. When you call they are friendly and do everything they can to help you and your enquiry. Nothing ever seemed to be irrelevant for them. Everything was important. I would certainly highly recommend them.

Excellent, professional, friendly and caring. Both Michael and Sarah have been wonderful from start to finish, the reassurance they gave me supported me through a bad time after my cosmetic surgery that did not give me the results I asked for.
Nothing was too much trouble and they made the process of my claim easy as they were with me every step of the way.
Both kept me up to date and returned my calls on the same day.
I cannot thank them enough and I would and will recommend them to anyone who has had a cosmetic procedure that ‘went wrong’ or any medical negligence that may have suffered.
I was more happy with the outcome of my case and the compensation I received.

Thank you so much again Michael and Sarah

I wholeheartedly recommend TJL solicitors and, in particular, Russell Sutton.

Speaking on the phone to Russell when we initially discussed my claim was the first time I felt like someone had my back since the injury. Russell took time to understand the nature of the injury and how it has impacted my life. He has always been available to answer any queries and has kept me fully updated at every stage of the claim.

The end result for me has been fantastic. I am so grateful for TJL's work in achieving a settlement which has allowed me to move on from the injury.

I cannot Thank Michael Saul and Sarah Ingram enough for their consistency, helpful advice and winning my case!!!

Recently worked with Russell for a dental implant claim. I really appreciated Russell's work in getting to my settlement. Russell always kept me in the loop with the progress of the case, offered important advise and support.I really can't fault the service and would happily recommend.

I came to TJL Solicitors unsure if I even had a legal case. I was treated with such professionalism and care. I was given lots of information in an easy to understand manner. I felt I was guided through the whole process with care and attention. I was given many opportunities to speak about what had happened to me and I was never rushed or cut off. I always knew what was happening at each stage as communication was outstanding. My solicitor made a very difficult process manageable and bearable. Without her I may have given up. She helped me to receive a settlement which has in turn changed my life and allowed me to process a truly painful part if my life. I'm so very grateful and will highly recommend TJL and Joanne to anyone who needs help with cosmetic surgery issues. Thank you so much for all you have done for me to achieve this outcome.

I had Russell handling my case, he was always very honest with how he thought things were playing and is very happy to explain details in layman’s terms. I can’t fault the service. Him and his colleagues come highly recommended.

The service I received from TJL solicitors was fantastic. Michael Saul was compassionate to my situation and he gave me excellent advice and guidance. I was always kept me up to date and informed His assistant Sarah was also friendly, helpful and quick to respond to all my queries. I was happy with my compensation offer. Excellent service. Mike took the time to get to grips with my case, and fought hard to get a very positive outcome. Helpful, knowledge, courteous and professional at all times. Would highly recommend.

Michael Saul from TJL Solicitors has recently negotiated an out-of -court settlement for me and I am very grateful that I have avoided the trauma of having to appear in court.

My case wasn't straight forward but Michael's expertise won the day.

I had a few personal issues along the way but Mike and his secretary Sarah were always there to support me and definitely went that extra mile.

I highly recommend TJL Solicitors for their professionalism and expertise in cosmetic negligence and also for their support, kindness and understanding.
