A massive thank you to TJL Solicitors, especially Mike and Sarah. I am very pleased with the professional service that I received and with their clear and efficient communication when handling my case (which went on for a couple of years). High standard of service provided; I highly recommend. Thank you once again Mike for taking on my case as it wasn’t a straight forward one. I was at my lowest and you, and your team, gave me hope! A heart-felt thanks and appreciation for all your efforts in winning the case. We did it!!

My experience with TJL was great, the only reason I am not giving excellent is because it did take a lot longer than anticipated and I needed to chase for updates. They thankfully won my case and I would happily refer them. My case handler was really caring, understanding and empathetic. They have a lot of experience in this field and you can trust their judgement and decisions.

From the start of my experience with Cosmetic Surgery Solicters , they were very professional and always gave me the best professional advise . They kept me in the loop all the time, They responded to any queries that I had, always within 24 hours . I cannot fault them in any way and would highly recommend them.

Would absolutely recommend TJL. I had a great experience with Michael Saul and Sarah Ingham, both made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Incredible service from start to finish from Nicholas. I was kept up to date through out my claim in the most friendly professional manor. I can't thank Nicholas enough for all the hard work he has put into settling my claim. Incredible service

TJL solicitors, I would like to thank you for your excellent work. Very professional and persistent. I had the best solicitors who brought my claim to a conclusion. I strongly recommend this firm.

Mike and Sarah were great from start to finish, they kept me informed with any updates and took the time to listen to me and explain this to me in full.
When we received the medical report I was unhappy with the outcome and queried this, they agreed to look into it and took the time to get the answers I needed.
As a result we had a great outcome and I received the compensation. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Russell Sutton from TJL Cosmetic Surgery Solicitors who was polite, competent, professional and very helpful throughout. I was pleased with the settlement they got me for a case that others had turned down. Every member of staff I dealt with and the experts they arranged were of the highest standard. I can’t recommend them enough.

Recently I had cause to take a dental surgeon to task over dental implants that had been poorly implanted and ultimately had to be removed.
TJL Solicitors were recommended, so I got in touch.
I can highly recommend them from start to finish. From their friendly, yet professional approach to the excellent way that Russell managed my case and expectations.
I felt that my issues with the dentist were properly addressed and the whole process proved to be a great help with me then putting it behind me.
If you have a dental issue or query, give Russell a shout. If he believes there's an issue to address, he'll help you to address it and hopefully achieve some redress.

A huge thank you to Mike and Sarah (TJL Solicitors) for handling my case with such professionalism, expertise, efficiency and care, which ultimately led to a successful outcome. Thank you both for all you’ve done for me. You are a fantastic team!

I cannot thank Mike Saul and Sarah Ingham enough for all of their hard work over the last three years. Mike took my case on even though it was an extremely risky one and most people would have said no. He went forward with it and managed to get me a substantial amount of compensation which I cannot thank him enough for. I am so pleased I choose him to represent me and I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend him. Mike and Sarah have been nothing but kind and compassionate towards me, they really do care and take pride in their work. Thank you again!

I cannot recommend Cosmetic Surgery Solicitors highly enough. Not only are they experts in this field but their team are second to none. Russell Sutton recently dealt with my dental negligence claim and he has been fantastic. Thanks to Russell's experience in managing these sorts of claims it was resolved very quickly and I was kept up to date at every point throughout the process. They truly made what could have been a very long and drawn-out stressful process a swift stress-free experience! Thank you for all of your help and support!

Nick and Joanna have been fantastic in all aspects of my claim. Professional and kind. Very understanding and given realistic advice through out. Thank you for all your hard work. It’s been a pleasure.

I had cosmetic surgery which did not turn out as planned, I did not end up with the results that was discussed in my first consultation. I am left with horrendous & uncomfortable scarring which has knocked my self confidence & affected my health & wellbeing. Thanks to TJL solicitors for all their help and getting me a successful claim.

I had cosmetic surgery in 2017, which I was extremely unhappy with the results! & felt I had been neglected with the treatment I received! Thanks to TJL solicitors for helping me to prove this & getting me a successful claim! Easy, pleasant, caring very helpful team. Can’t thank them enough.

After having a problem with dermal fillers resulting in facial pain I turned to Mike and Sarah for help. They were not only always professional but sympathetic to how draining and emotional it is when a cosmetic procedure goes wrong and you don't know where to turn. I always was able to speak to them by phone or email and felt completely assured they had my best interests at all times. The out come has been great for me after reaching a settlement. I'm so pleased to be able to put this episode behind me now and would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone who needs legal expertise for cosmetic procedures.

I had cosmetic surgery in 2017 that resulted with an unwanted scar. I stumbled upon TJL solicitors who are experts in cosmetic negligence who were very aware of my surgeon and his incompetence. They were supportive and informative all throughout my case. They gave great advice and quick to reply to emails. I didn't once feel stressed or uncared for during my claim. If it wasn't for the pandemic, im more than sure my case would have finished a lot earlier but regardless i got an excellent claim result from my case and im more than happy with how everything i went. Thanks to Mike, Sarah and the TJL team for all the help and support you've showed me. I wish you guys all the best in life. Although I hope no one needs to go through a cosmetic negligence claim, if you do find yourself in this unlucky situation, be sure to give these guys a call and see how helpful they can be.
