No answer from Customer Service
I've bought other products from Cosatto before but never had to reach out to customer service until this time. I've tried reaching out on my query a couple of times and 15 days later I'm still waiting to hear something back apart from an automated email that says my query was received.

We have just sent a further one this morning with some further fitting information and a link to the fitting video

The nicest buggy I’ve ever seen
The nicest buggy I’ve ever seen , so comfortable for our 12 month old granddaughter. The pattern on the fabric is so nice, very unisex. Also is ideal for flying as its cabin approved and a bargain at the sale price of €149! I highly recommend this buggy.

Very please with my purchase
Very please with my purchase. The car seat is as good as expected. It has plenty of room for my 3 year old Granddaughter and the fact that it rotates will help when getting her into the car. Delivery was fast as well and the seat arrived in good condition. Overall I would recommend Cosatto.

Cosatto I’ve been trying to contact you via email and phone and to absolutely no avail. My stroller is just a year since purchase and the wheel broke as I was pushing my child nearly toppling him out of it. It has a 4 year warranty and I’ve contacted looking for a replacement wheel or buggy and no one has come back to me at all. We have no back up for our little boy .
