Well let's be honest It was with a little bit of jubilation that I placed my order genuinely expecting the money to go and me have nothing arrive or the sizes be tiny and nothing like the chart give ! Hahaha I was wrong ! Undated as soon as the order was placed took a day to get everything printed up and the I saw it was sat in the post office waiting to get to me !
I have one problem my four year old would like to know where is monster club? Becasue the first rule is 'DONT TALK ABOUT MONSTER CLUB"

Really impressed!
Really impressed honestly - for being made to order, my order arrived really quickly and the quality of the prints and materials are excellent. The sweater has quickly become one of my favourite and most comfortable, and I will absolutely be ordering again when the opportunity arises!

Delayed, but great service
Had a delay in receiving the order as Royal Mail apparently lost the first shipment, but unlike so many other companies, the customer service reaction was quick and precise (thanks again Stef!)
I've now received everything I ordered and am really pleased with the products too.

Hi Anil, apologies for the delay in replying to this. We’re very sorry that you had a poor experience with our delivery times. I can see your order number was 3663, placed on the 30th of November, and received on the 7th of December.
7 to 10 working days during this time as well as Covid/Lockdown delays is the average waiting time, however, I suspect that the wait was due to the immense delays Royal Mail were facing during December. Unfortunately, across the whole nation deliveries were being delayed up to weeks. We’re very relieved to know that things have now returned to as close to normal as possible.

Checked size guide and ordered a large pullover windbreaker. Delivery was swift for this time of the year but the size was definitely incorrect. It barely fitted my teenage son who would be between small and medium. Very disappointed and a complete waste of money for me.

Ordered a large number of sweatshirts, and found another item i wanted after placing the order. A colleague kindly refunded the delivery on the second order and sent as one package. One item I accidentally ordered the wrong size which they also rectified hastily for me.
