Over-engineered and difficult to fit
We ordered a door handle (Clayton short plate) plus a latch and installation kit. Customer service was fine and the order arrived with no problems. However, the handle was a nightmare to fit, there are too many components which all need to line up really precisely or else the door handle doesn't work properly. The installation video made it look much easier than it was. So all in all this was much harder to fit than other quality door handles we've had before and the end result is worse. We won't be ordering any more.

Can't recommend highly enough!
All the Corston products I've installed (door handles + pulls, light switches, and cabinet knobs) are exceptionally well made, beautifully designed, and function flawlessly.
Their customer service is among the best I’ve encountered — especially April (though really everyone there has been terrific).
Shipping is fast, and they will bend over backwards to help if you realize you’ve ordered something you don’t actually need or made a mistake with your order.
