Sebastian is a scammer who hires uneducated individuals who have no idea what they’re doing with your debts. They don’t answer their phones, don’t schedule meetings correctly, and will hang up on you with no business or professional etiquette. CLIENT BEWARE. The positive reviews are fake and so are these people.

This company does not even deserve 1 star!!! They defrauded us into thinking they’ll represent us but instead did nothing. Absolutely nothing! They told us to wait until things blow up on our end; until our creditors cave in but all that was a waste of time. We finally had enough and called to cancel the program since they never reached out to our creditor on our behalf. That was when we truly saw their character. They took $12.5k out of the $13k they had asked us to put in escrow for the settlement!! $12k....Not even kidding! These guys made no mention of this “fees” and straight up SCAMMED us! We thought we were dealing with a company that genuinely helped businesses but these guys are EVIL! They’re finding every excuse to not refund us but we’ll fight to the end! Stay away from these maniacs! They are a complete scam! This is a true experience and I don’t want to see someone else go through what my wife and I went through. They are a disgrace to society! My next stop is YouTube and other social media channels!! I’ll make sure everyone hears about these idiots!

The situation is very incomfortable for me, but Andrew Morais has been my guiding light. I would not make it without his support and insights.

I began working with Corporate Rescue Advisors in October 2025. To date, the company has taken $11,473.30 from my business via ACH payments. Due to ongoing issues, I placed stop payments on two payments.
The company led me to believe they would begin communicating with my creditor after approximately one month, but after multiple months there was no clear progress and no funds were paid to my creditor. I repeatedly had to question discrepancies, including fees that did not match what I was told. Each time I requested clarification, I was reassigned to a new representative and could not get a consistent or direct answer.
When I attempted to call for support, I reached only generic voicemails across multiple phone numbers and did not receive callbacks. I submitted a request to cease ACH payments and requested a refund. After extensive attempts, I reached a representative who refused to assist. The only direction I received was an email from Nicole Novobilski stating: “Please reach out to the compliance officer at 954-495-6586 regarding any refunds.” That number goes to a generic voicemail, and it now indicates the mailbox is full, preventing messages. After getting a response from the BBB, they also got no response. I found on the BBB site there is another similar complaint. Apparently this company straight up frauds people out of money and also has an "F" rating now on the BBB and is also being sued for this same thing. Be Aware of this company and the positive reviews must have been paid for.
