I got a very nice Corlin as present that unfortunately last 1 year. I keep it in the Corlin bag and when I tried to use it again, the original white became with brown spots and the solution proposed by the customer help was: buy new ones with 20% discount 😡 no happy of course with that, 2nd solution was sending me sth to cleaning? Never arrives.. still waiting for solutions

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Corlin Eyewear and was unexpectedly charged a hefty customs fee when the package arrived in the US. It was pretty disappointing given that this hadn't been clearly disclosed on the website. But when I reached out to customer service, they were so kind and helpful. They acknowledged the confusion and were transparent about how the fees caught them off guard too, since this is a new occurrence. They partially refunded me for the fee as a gesture of goodwill and made changes to the website. I really appreciate the customer support I received, and the glasses are gorgeous — well worth the fee.
