After ordering, I waited 2+ weeks without any updates. I emailed them for status and there was no reply. I called the phone number and it said the number did not exist. I filed a claim w the credit card company and got refunded but still have no idea what the deal is w this company

Never received the product.

This is the best experience I have ever had with ordering liquor online. It was an awesome deal, and the shipping was extremely fast. They notified me along the way exactly when my order would be at my door. I will never order from anywhere else. Thank you for everything.

This is a fraud website. Before you order anything, please try to call the number on their website (all you get is a Goodbye and the number hangs up).

Placed an order 9 days ago, just got a confirmation of order from Shopify. Tried calling, emailing and filling in Contact Us form but no response 24 hours later.

This company is totally a scam. Please do not order in the future and losing your money. Should be reported to authorities!

Great service

I ordered a gift for my sister and husband recently. My shipment came in with the same excellent care as my previous requests. And both absolutely loved them! All items packed perfectly, arrived in a timely manner and Simon once again demonstrated his above and beyond excellent customer service. I will continue to be a repeat customer! You can trust Cork & Mash to provide you with excellent products and the service to your needs. I ordered items on June 2nd and received them on June 11th. I was very pleased with the order to arrival time.

I purchased a bottle of Japanese whiskey for $59.99 on May 15th. I received an email confirmation, 3.5 weeks went by without an update, so I sent an email asking for the status. The next day my order was canceled saying "Order #CM-3791 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded."

I went to their website and not only was the whiskey still being sold with "In stock, Ready to Ship," it was now priced $20 higher, $79.99.

Unethical behavior. Won't be purchasing from them in the future.

Ordered a couple of bottles of whiskey, nearly two weeks of no response from them after a couple of inquires, I disputed the charge on the credit card. Soon after the order was canceled reason- not available. Communication from the vendor was horrible. I understand that item can be out of stock but do not keep my funds for two weeks with no follow up.

on/around 5/4/26 I ordered a special on 2 for 1, 750 ml bottles of Blanton's through You Booze for $120 and I was then emailed by C&M that I had ordered 2 - 375 ml bottles, I tried contacting both without luck by calling and emailing, I was trying to get these for a friends Bday on 5/21/26, one 750 ml bottle arrived 5/26/26..poor showing by both YB & CM..

Seems to be related to You Booze.com which means part of the Scam of accepting orders but never shipping

C&M had a large disruption in shipping, after I placed my order. The president of the company reached out, worked hard to get my order shipped ASAP, included some lagniappe in the shipment and generally kept me up to date in status of my order.

I will use them again, as I belive the issue has been resolved and I appreciated the high level response to solve my issue.

Excellent delivery

I got my order but it took a while.

Horrible company!!! No wonder they are getting 1 star. My shipment was improperly shipped and returned to sender. I spoke to the same person multiple times who works at an Indian call center. She sent 5 messages requesting a refund and no response from company. When I said I was going to file a claim they instead sent out the order again to prevent me from filing a claim when I asked for a refund weeks ago! I am filing a claim with the fraud department at my bank

Ordered in February it’s almost June….still don’t have my order. They robbed me of $400+
