Unfortunately had a very poor experience with CoreLogic asking about an update to the Homes.co.nz website. Their case manager did not offer any helpfull suggestions and put me down the wrong path with updating the QV roll following a private sale. For such a widely used service, I would hope this group improve their service considerably.

This is a worthless charge you will find on many mortgage loans. It is worthless and it should get ZERO stars. As a homebuyer, you will be forced to use Corelogic through M&T Bank's program and it does nothing for you. Tell your mortgage company you do not want a charge for core logic.

I do not know why banks nominate to use this company terrible service and rude call centre staff who hang up. Please avoid using

My experience deserves ZERO stars. As a first-time homebuyer, I was forced to use Corelogic through M&T Bank's program, and it's been disastrous. Just two months into my mortgage, they incorrectly disbursed funds from my escrow account, creating a significant shortage. This error skyrocketed my monthly payment by $653.19, a 28% increase.

My mortgage, initially 50% of my income, is now an unsustainable 78% because I effectively paid a year of escrow in advance, only for them to mismanage it. Now, I'm forced to pay my entire second year's portion upfront. Money that I could make more money with or at least the current interest rate.
Despite their mistake, Corelogic has offered zero support or communication, leaving me stuck paying a mortgage that jumped from $2,200 to $3,000. My attorney and Corelogic's own data confirmed this was due to their error, not a home reassessment or tax change.

Avoid Corelogic and M&T Bank's first-time homebuyer program at all costs.

Was forced to set up a new account and pay the full price even though I was a current customer under a different company name. Was then transferred to support, was on hold for 30 minutes, and the agent was short, pushy, and rude.

Corelogic is incompetent. My home insurance is being canceled on 03/21/2025. They gave me a rating of 88 ? I custom built our home that will not burn, stucco walls, tile roof, 2 shrubs 30 feet away are being cut down today. several oak trees 50 feet away.
Oak trees do not burn with a slow moving grass fire. The cattle graze on our pasture & eat the oak leaves they can reach. We are in a bowel surrounded by mountains, so low gentle winds in the foothills of the Sierras.
I have a 4 foot wide area of bare dirt around our property & weedwack 100 feet away from our home. No pine trees near us as pine is soft wood with excess sap that explodes like gasoline in a fire. Oak trees are hard wood & do not burn in slow moving grass fires. I have 8 outside water faucets with hoses just in case of a grass fire. Did Corelogic factor in all of this, absolutely not.

My Mortgage company uses CoreLogic to disperse funds from an escrow account to my county for property taxes. My mortgage company dispersed funds to CoreLogic on 12/19/24.

UPDATE: As of 1/13/25, my county has not received the tax funds. This is negatively impacting my ability to proceed with a home equity loan application. I have reported this delinquency to my mortgage company. I have requested to have my escrow account eliminated.

Being they are in Kolkatta, India, their people obviously have 'zero' ability to read and comprehend the english language, demonstrably. This year they have FRAUDULENTLY paid my property taxes TWICE over my fully paid taxes paid by me, most recently, submitting the 2nd WRONGFUL ESCROW disbursal on the 19th of last month. Being they are in INDIA, good luck on suing them for FRAUD, but instead, I will have to sue my Mortgage Lender, who is NewdRez/ShaftPoint, based in Fart Washingtoon, PA (Proctology Academy). I would rate these guys with a negative 25 if possible for their rank INCOMPETENCE and total lack of COMPREHENSION of the gravity of their criminal WRONGDOING. Arguably, NewdRez / ShaftPoint, Lying Liars Clowns, deserve the lion's (in their case, RAT'S SHARE) of the blame for their criminality, but the dynamic duo here with CornHoleLogic, or CornHoleILLOGIC is more like it, takes the freaking cake. I'd be more likely to do business with them if I needed a stool sample evaluated, but being they are in India, they'd probably think it was a packet of FUDGE and pass it around the office. They're about as bad as it gets, but so is the Mortgage Lender / Loan Sharking operation, known as Rithm Birth Control Method, Liars Losers Criminals.

Wildly inaccurate valuations. We ended up viewing them for our property for the LOL factor. A month ago our modest property in regional NSW was said to be worth $300-$325K. A month later they said $200-$225K. Really? The reality is somewhere in between.

Have just been contacted by a real estate agent asking if I’m interested in selling my property. ( a property I don’t even own). When I asked him “how did you get my contact details”, he said through Corelogic. When I contacted Corelogic, they asked for my address, then confirmed they don’t have any contact details for me etc etc. The person who contacted me was an Asian, his number 0498 686 686. Cold calling should be banned, it annoyed people 40 years ago, but now with so many scams going on, it just shouldn’t happen, at all.
I just hope other people don’t get called.

0 stars. Old school global data-mining behemoth with no ethics. Bad old-school early-internet business practices. Do not believe their house price and rental data. They will not remove incorrect data on request. The data sits there forever, not just when it is available or on the market. Check with your agent first before listing anything.

I just received snail mail from this company that screams SCAM! They reported that they paid my mortgage escrow and that I have an overage (I don't) and showed a receipt and requested for me to send them $3,515.80. Fat chance, Charlie. I pray no one falls for this scam, and I pray that the scammers would be blessed, receive conviction from the Holy Spirit, and turn from their wicked ways. Thank you Lord for discernment. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Been with them for over 20 years. Since they changed or got bought out, we no longer have an account manager, no one responds to support tickets, no one returns messages to solve issues. They close down the old reliable platform with features and then force you to use the new one with less, then tell you to upgrade to get more reliable data that was available before. So lost an account manager, lost features, lost access to reliable portal.

I signed up to this service to get a suburb profile and a couple of property reports. I paid $54 for a week, and then requested 3 reports. The popup window said they would take about 5 minutes to arrive by email, as PDF attachments. After about an hour, nothing arrived, despite checking all my email folders (spam etc), and doing extensive searches. I emailed support and they said there is a problem with sending reports at the moment, and manually sent two individual property reports. I asked for a suburb report but they said that they couldn't find a record of me generating that report, so they couldn't send it. I tried generating the suburb report again but it never arrived. I asked for a refund. No reply. So I raised a dispute with my bank. The funds were returned a few days later. AVOID this service if you are looking for property data, the service simply does not work.

This company provided incorrect, misleading, and outdated information about my credit. They apparently did not check my credit reports, as none of the information provided by Coreillogic is correct. This company needs to be put out of business. I don't know why lenders use such an untrustworthy and obviously corrupt enterprise.

Corelogic "One Home" SUCKS. I'm sorry but I can not fit enough words in the description to tell you about how bad this product is and how little support it receives. Somehow they convinced multiple real estate MLS's to use this crappy product and now we are stuck with this low end low support module that has a lot of bells and whistles no one cares about. The features you actually use have been removed and they made it virtually impossible to provide service to your clients. This self serve system does not improve the client experience but distracts from what actually needs to happen. I can not believe these "pros" care so little about customer service, communications and the overall customer experience. Instead they sell the "technology" no one wants as something good to the world. Great job breaking a good thing

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I asked for a trial or some type of demo to even figure out if it was something that would suit my needs for my company or if I should simply go with there competitor Propstream, the sales-representative that was eager for the sale said that they do not offer any trials or demos until a written commitment is made. I decided to try the services out and figured if it didn't suit my needs what's the worst that can happen, I can just cancel in 2 days instead of wasting my time and their time and I did exactly that. 2 Months later I am informed that my cancellation request was denied by the sales rep. and I have an invoice for $400 and some change and I have no option but to pay for something I've only logged into 3 times within the first 3 days of service and I have to keep the service for 10 more months. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE CoreLogic For ANYTHING. Propstream offers a free trial for 7 days and does not charge a penny or lock you into ANYTHING for those 7 days. Don't make the mistake, this company is hungry to screw people over who have no use for their services.
