Take five minutes to look at the suspicious reviews on this site - there is a pattern which is pretty easy to spot. There should be more industry regulations preventing this kind of setup.

Do not use this company they are scammers. This company posts adverts for jobs that do not exist. They leave jobs that are on hold posted online so they look as though they have lots to offer. They don't acknowledge or even reply to job applications. They told me one of my application was missed as I went in as a supplier and not a candidate into their system! Apply directly to companies and avoid this agency at all costs.

UPDATE: Following on from Core Recruitment's reply, I and 12 of my colleagues have conducted a survey and some tests. Out of the 12 jobs applied for, not one single application received a reply from Core Recruitment. This includes from applicants who were already holding exactly the same roles as those being advertised for. A clear sign that this agency is using dubious tactics and is not to be trusted, We suspect that they only work for their own interests and revenue.

Kate was great all through the process kept me up to date on every step and helped streamline the process would 100% use again in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with COREcruitment. After scheduling and completing an interview with one of their clients, I never received any follow-up feedback or even a simple acknowledgment of my email.
As a candidate who took the time to prepare thoroughly and participate in the interview process, I expected at least a courtesy reply. Their lack of communication reflects poorly on their professionalism and respect for job seekers’ time. I would not recommend working with them unless you’re prepared to chase down every update yourself and even then, you might not get one.

If you are a hiring manager - do not get on to this company's database. Repeated requests to be removed are ignored and when I requested to speak to senior team member - they were rude, declining even to give me their name or position in the company.

My experience with COREcruitment has been extremely disappointing. Despite receiving numerous job opportunity emails and messages, any inquiries, questions, or applications I made were ignored. Their lack of respect for candidates who may not be the right fit for a role is frustrating. It's worth bearing in mind that a candidate could be a good fit for another or future opportunity. Unfortunately, their approach seems to be transaction-based and lazy, with little regard for building meaningful connections or providing adequate communication.

I hope they reconsider their approach and understand the value of respectful and responsive communication with all candidates.
