Great Customer Service
Some items got lost in the post, as soon as I contacted the company to tell them they sent replacements out with no delay. Great company to deal with, and really pleased with the weights aswell.

Good grip and comfortable
Speedy delivery. I’ve used this mat for a couple of weeks doing yoga and Pilates. It’s grippy and thick enough not to hurt your elbows in side planks. The guidelines are helping me get my alignment right which is what I wanted. Lovely colour too.

Had an issue with Evri the courier…
Had an issue with Evri the courier delivering my parcel to a different house. Unable to locate. Core balance was quick responding. Investigated it through Evri and replaced. Only negative is using Evri as a courier. I would rather pay extra for the item to delivered by an alternative courier service. Evri/Hermes are poor. Item is spot on. Early days but seem good quality.
