The lighter bands are easier to stretch are perfect for stretches, recovery training, upper body exercises, and rehabilitation from joint or muscle injuries. The heavier bands are ideal for lower body exercises and building muscles. Natural Latex Material The bands are made from natural latex for superior durability and elasticity when stretched. No matter how intense your workout, they’re sure to return to their starting shape. The bands have a loop diameter of 60cm (approx.) and can be stretched to three times their starting length.
