Got me there in the end!
After the closure/redundancy from of arguably my favourite role I was struggling to settle into a new position that fulfilled the same work life balance and career prospects. Over the course of a few months both Kate and Stuart assisted me in finding a role that suited me. I wasn't Necessarily an easy person to find a role for with my specific requirements however, they took this in their stride and continued to push through and help me find a role that would put me back in line with my career aspirations. Both were attentive whilst being both optimistic and realistic. When a rogue role came up we were all quick to jump on it with both Kate and Stuart keeping me in the top tier of the candidate pool and were able to negotiate a decent package for me.
The teams persistence over the course of months kept me in the market even when I I'd given up looking and was ready to settle and in the end helped me to secure a job that makes me feel useful, supported with plenty of growth.
