Core Renewables Ltd Anmeldelser

Terrible customer service. Not people of their word. Promises to provide updates then no further communication. Washed their hands on issues with installation. Took a month to finally get charger connected and functional. Very poor knowledge in their field. Horrendous. Would definitely not recommend.

From initial enquiry through to installation, my experience with Core Renewables has been excellent. Communication was clear and timely at every stage, with realistic expectations set around scheduling and installation requirements.

The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. The engineer (Declan) was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the setup and answer any questions before leaving. Everything was left tidy, and the system was fully tested and demonstrated on completion.

What really stood out was how straightforward the whole process felt, no chasing, no confusion, just a well‑managed job delivered exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values quality, organisation, and customer confidence.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Core Renewables to anyone considering an EV charger installation and would happily use them again in the future.

Declan was amazing and came on bank holiday Monday. He was polite and did a really clean job of the install.

A fitting date was arranged at short notice to get the charger fitted before my car was delivered which was very much appreciated. Declan was our fitter and he did a fantastic job. He arrived at the agreed time, was polite and professional and left everything neat and tidy. He talked me through the Ohme app before he left which was very helpful. Sean followed up with a call to check everything was ok, all in all a very good experience.

I had an EV charger installed by the team and not only could they offer a quick installation date, but the products they offered were high quality, at a competitive price. They took me through the various options (I opted for an Ohme tethered 4G product) and they were very knowledgeable about the different devices, allowing me to make an informed decision.

On installation, the technician turned up on time and was very polite and friendly. The device was installed in a few hours and everything was left very tidy after the work completed, with a quick demo of the device given too.

A brilliant service, would highly recommend!

Brilliant experience - very efficient and friendly service from Declan. The work carried out has been done to a high level, no damage, very tidy and looks great outside (a discrete and compact unit). Very pleased!

Great installation, Ste arrived promptly, was professional and tidy, explained and helped with the download of the app and was on the whole very helpful. Highly recommend.

An outstanding service from beginning to end. Clear and informative advice from the start. Installation from Jimmy was faultless. Highly recommend.

Good friendly service. kept me up-to-date on every part of the installation.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. I had a number of quotes before going with Core, they were slightly more expensive than the other quotes I received but going off past experience I would prefer to pay that little extra for a job done correctly. With Core you're paying for the level of service, care and professionalism I would definitely recommend Sean and Jimmy the two gents I had the pleasure of dealing with.

Excellent informative and friendly service . The fitter went above and beyond to provide information on the charger , he was on time and carried out a really neat job - discussed location and at every step made sure I was happy with everything . Couldn’t recommend them highly enough !!

I contacted Core to enquire about the installation of an EV charger. In just over a week, a quote was provided, the charger ordered and installation completed. The engineer who attended was friendly and courteous and left everything clean and tidy when he had finished. Exceptionally quick and professional service and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Examined the location, offered me some suitable solutions. Agreed a date and it was all fitted as agreed with no issues. Would recommend and I would use again.

Core have been our main supplier and delivery partner installing a programme of EV Chargers into the car parks of blocks of flats. Sean’s innovative ideas ensure that projects previously written off were once again feasible. The service is outstanding from start to finish and the feedback from commercial and residential tenants has been top class, praising the workmanship, the minimal disruption and the end result. Core are very much ‘core’ to our EV charger installations. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with Core. Communication was top, arrived on time and pricing was fair. They fitted a new Ohme ev charger and the fit was clean and quick. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent job.

Would highly recommend Core Renewables, they fitted our electric charging point very professional and friendly! They also made sure we were set up and running on the app and that everything worked fine before leaving us!

Sean was polite, professional and simply 'on it' from start to finish just a week or so later...could not have gone any smoother...oh, and great vfm!! Highly recommend them to anyone contemplating EV charging points at home or business..
