This is one of those rare old-fashioned good companies to deal with! I checked on here before my purchase and became convinced it would be ok to spend £800 on a washer-dryer. However my son called to say it was installed but it was just a washing machine. I knew deep down the mistake was probably mine and I was right. I ordered the wrong thing. Expecting to have a problem swapping it over with loads of extra expense I called and spoke to Ellie. She turned into a complete star saying "These things happen" and "its an easy mistake to make" etc. I wasn't changed except for the new installation charge - which is only fair. All in all this was a great experience even though I had to pay the difference between the two machines etc. Well done Corbetts!
