the quality met my expectations. I have purchased several pairs of flip flops and was so happy to see the new leather collection.

Have now purchased (2) sets of Flip-flops. One was a pair that was on the site. The second was done custom. The response from the company was most welcoming, quick responses in emailing back and forth,and product turned out beautiful.

I love your jewelry! I wish that you would do more in silver plated, as silver looks better on me and my daughter than gold or rose gold. Your colours and gems are beautiful and your styles are eye catching. I made a purchase of several items last year at this time for Christmas gifts for myself and my daughter and they arrived very quickly. This year I have also made one purchase so far and would make another purchase today except my last purchase of two Bonds Bracelets (Lavender) have not been delivered and it has been quite some time. Please help me with this! I am sorry not to be able to take advantage of your sale today because of this. (My suggestion would be to send it by mail rather than Courier as Canada Post always delivers while Couriers tend to take the easy way out and expect you to pick the parcel up, after they knock on your door once and give you no time to answer as they hurry away.

I ordered 6 pairs of flip flops when they were delivered 4 pairs were completely the wrong size!
I have sent two emails trying to sort this out and have had no response.
I go on holiday in 3 days !
It such a shame as I have ordered here in the past and had no problems but this last large order has been a disaster the wrong sizes received are not even close to what I ordered!

I ordered a pair of flip flops from Coranova several months ago. The first pair was sent to the wrong zip code. I live in Boston but the flip flops were sent to Dorchester ( yes a part of Boston but not close at all to Beacon Hill where I live). I sent Emma a photo of the address that was inputed and the zip code and then showed her a photo of where it was delivered. Thankfully I use the shop app to follow my orders. She responded by telling me that Dorchester was Boston so I should check with my neighbors. After a second email explaining that yes Dorchester is a neighborhood in Boston but with a very different zip code and again attaching my photos she responded several days later saying she followed up with the USPS and indeed the flip flops were sent to the wrong address and she would be sending a new pair. Flash forward several weeks and again the same thing happens. I believe whoever is inputting the address is not verifying after. I again send her an email. She tells me she will check with her warehouse and get back to me. Again I attach photos. I tell her at this point I would just like my cc refunded. No response. So I again email her. My most recent response is that she checked with her warehouse. They say they sent to the correct address. Since this is the second time it is no longer their responsibility. It is my problem and I need to check with the post office and ask them to refund me. What???? Who does business like this? In my 54 years I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. Buyer be ware!!!!!

I am writing another review for Coravana. I wrote one a few hours ago because I had not heard from Customer Service answering some emails I had written. However, it is the weekend and I was acting impatiently. Coravana Customer Service, specifically Emma, got in touch with me and answered all my questions and resolved the issue quite satisfactorily. I am happy with the customer service I received from Coravana and want to retract my previous review, which I wrote instead of giving Coravana enough time to get back to me.

I purchased some goods from Coravana during the 2021 global shipping crisis. Given this, the shipping of the goods was a massive challenge. I found Emma from the Customer Support Team to be an excellent individual to work with on tracing and receiving the goods. Their ongoing support, post-purchase was the best I have come across and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Kia Kaha Coravana and all the best for 2022 Emma :)

how can you say there is a 30 day return policy when your website right now says "Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days".

The earrings are very beautiful, just the right size. They sparkle like cray and will make my holiday outfits look great. Of course, I will continue to wear them after the holidays! They will also go great with my jeans.

I placed my order number CV21320 Jane Keir on 3.10.21& still have not received it.
When I checked the tracking number it tells me nothing just perhaps the parcel is in Belgium ?
Unfortunately I ordered this for a special birthday on 14.11.21, doesn't like like it will get here.
