Great service. Quick delivery and no issue exchanging my boots for a bigger size. Will be back.

Couldn’t do enough to help. No issues in exchanging size as I wasn’t sure which ones to go with. They arrived quicker than I expected and unlike lots of companies, I actually got to speak to a human being. I’ll definitely be back.

First time customer using Copshop Uk. I used them as opposed to my usual police kit retailers because they were literally a couple of quid cheaper and thought I was saving money. How wrong could I have been!!!!

I ordered my boots and received them in acceptable time. They advised it was with parcel force but didn’t provide any way of tracking it to see what time it would come like most delivery companies do these days. That was annoying. Waited around with no rough estimate.

The boots arrived and I tried them on in my home and they were too tight. My home is extremely tidy due to a missus with an ocd issue an only tried on in the living room. I thought I’d send a general query to the company about what going up a size would be like in terms of measurements and I received a shocking email in reply from ‘Carol’ telling me even though they were worn inside my home they would not be able to be returned an refunded.

Quite bizarre as since the dawn of time when purchasing shoes in person in a store you try it on and if it doesn’t fit, you try a different size…heck in the store you even have a little walk about in them.

Copshop Uk however seem to expect you to either know it will fit perfectly before buying or expect you to use mystical powers to tell it will fit correctly just by looking at it in the box (a box that was badly damaged on delivery to me I might add!).

The funny thing was, in my original query I never even mentioned a refund…purely made a query about what going up a size would be like in terms of measurements. The reply I got was assuming I wanted a refund and was making it very clear I wouldn’t get one. When I expressed how disappointed I was that they assumed this instead of helping me the customer Carol apologised claiming she thought my email implied I’d worn them elsewhere despite making it clear I simply tried them on in the house. I said I would be returning the boots and wanting a full refund as this wasn’t the way to talk to a new customer simply asking a question.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Go with one of the many other reliable police kit retailers. I certainly will be.

I have used copshop several times now for various items for everyday use and for my security business, I have visited their base and bought from them online. In all instances I have had excellent service , very friendly and helpful in person and quick online delivery too and good prices. Thank you copshop. Jez. 31Security, Camber
