Our first meeting was with Leon, who evaluated our flat. Leon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Once we accepted Coppenwall as our agent, our photos were taken promptly by Duane, and our ad was up within a few hours. The photos taken were a really beautiful representation of our flat, as well as the outside space and overall building.

Our property was added as a premium listing as well, without any prompt from ourselves (a lovely extra touch).

The dashboard has been really helpful for us as we can check the progress and how many views our property has had.

Duane handled our viewing, which took the stress off of us. The viewing went well, and we were able to accept an offer!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Coppenwall Estate Agents both as a buyer and as a landlord, and they’ve been consistently impressive on every front.

As a buyer, the whole process felt smooth and well-supported. The team were proactive with updates, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy. They kept things moving and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel straightforward. It was clear they knew the local market inside out, and that gave me a lot of confidence through the purchase.

On the other side, I now use Coppenwall to manage my rental property, and the service continues to be spot on. They’re responsive, organised, and take all the hassle out of being a landlord. Tenant issues are dealt with quickly, communication is clear, and they’re great at keeping me in the loop without dumping problems on me.
