I, like many others got sucked in by a great gift idea I saw on social media. I received my conformation email and radio silence ever since. Order can not be found, email can not be used to track. No customer service other than an email. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company.

Ordered, paid for express shipping - heard nothing. All I've had is confirmation of order. This may have only been 5 days ago, but given other companies and their service to get things out, I would expect the same from these guys. I have emailed asking about the shipping, but no response back. Never again!

Same as everyone else…. Haven’t received my product, won’t respond to my emails. Should have read reviews first but they pop up on your Social Media feed and you get sucked in.
Never Again without searching Reviews first.
WHY DON’T THESE COMPANIES GET SHUT DOWN OR BLOCKED FROM ADVERTISING

I ordered at the beginning of November and 4+ weeks later the figure minus the branded packaging arrived.

Scam! Never got what I ordered!

Terrible company. Now Coozy Land. Chinese rubbish. No customer service. Emails are ignored. I had to do a charge back to my bank after receiving faulty item and having no communication what so ever. Just ignored.
AVOID!!!!!!

If I could give zero I would! Ordered a “snoop on a stoop” looks nothing like advertised, some of the accessories are broken but they won’t reply to emails. Awful! Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Lesson learnt!

It doesn't add up...1 pair is £17, 2 pairs are £32... buy 2 get 1 free in the basket is £64 ???

I ordered a cover up make up the sponges to apply all break this is not worth the money totally shabby products can't get through with email adress it's saying not valid items ready to go in bin

AVOID. Sells rubbish products take weeks to arrive. I ordered miracle air foundation supposed to cover scars, tattoos etc. Does not work tried contacting company ignoring me. So going through paypal

Have emailed 3 times to try and return an item. No one responds. Have messaged via the chat on the website. No one responds.

These are so adorable and I loved the ability to customize the designs! The creation and shipping times were so fast making these a no brainer, especially when it comes to gifting!

I couldn’t be happier with the quality of these mugs! I gifted my friends the friendship mugs and they couldn’t believe how much they looked like US! the customization is amazing. I would definitely gift this again.

They were extremely helpful and accommodating. If you have issues don’t wait to reach out to them. I had a misunderstanding and they were more than helpful.
