Cooper & Tanner Anmeldelser

The manager, Adam, is excellent-super knowledgeable & approachable. Helped us to get our house sold in a difficult market. Highly recommend: )

We had great service from the Wells branch! Lorraine and Sam were both so friendly and very easy to talk to. They really understood our needs and accommodated for that, which was amazingly helpful and for that we are very grateful.
When meeting Sam, it was clear to see he is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his job, giving us real confidence in his opinions and guidance.
A big thank you to the Wells branch. We definitely had a great experience.

This is a late review as we moved in April but Cooper and Tanner our sellers estate agent proved to be excellent all through the process. Especialy Lorraine Cane on the morning of our move the removal firm we had booked let us down badly. We contacted Lorraine she took it it hand and put us in contact with Shane of Draggonfly Removals who came within the hour along with his daughter and managed our move from start to finish. Lorraine advised us throughout this difficult time. Even when having moved into our new property we found our sellers had left the place in a bit of a state dirty kitchen cupboards, holes in walls and more. She was supportive throughout and we are are more than happy to give a positive review. Many thanks Sue and Tom.

The staff at Frome / Shepton Mallet branch were wonderful. We dealt specifically with Ernie, Lauren and Shula, all were wonderfully helpful and cheery, despite my multiple emails and phonecalls regarding our new property 😁🤍 highly commend these guys they were fab!

The office staff at Castle Cary were exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly throughout the sale of my late fathers property.
They were always on hand to assist and guide with the sale process and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly.
Their communication skills were excellent and I was always kept informed of progress.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cooper and Tanner and would certainly use their services again.

In the last 2 years or so we have bought twice and sold once with Cooper and Tanner in Frome. Adam Scott and his entire team have been really great throughout. All three transaction had complications that needed to be sorted out, especially the last one that took 6 months to complete with many twists and turns.

Adam has been so patient and energetic and on the ball, on top of the situation throughout. He builds a great rapport with both buyer and seller, which keeps the transaction going even when difficulties arise with funding and timing. The whole team were very friendly, communicative and helpful. Even when very busy with other clients, they made sure that they responded to whatever we needed very promptly.

In my experience they've also been spot on with helping to set the price of properties and we've bought and sold quite close to the asking price.

Overall, a top class team and a pleasure to deal with.

They were in contact with me all the step of the way in buying my new home, even though they were the sellers Estate Agent I was very much kept in the loop. I was made very welcome in their Castle Cary office when I had to pick up my keys, & the money had not gone through, I was made a cup of coffee & sat in the office until it had all gone through. I was given a box of chocolates & a new home card, which I thought was very touching seeing I was not their client.

Cooper and Tanner Wells, for me, Simply The Best.
What a special bunch of people that make up this little office.
From start to finish, nothing is too much trouble, always courteous and they get the job done.
With Sam at the helm and Lorraine steering through the choppy waters, rest assured you are in safe hands.
Every call and every email responded to, being kept in the loop is so important and something this office do incredibly well.
A special thank you Lorraine, I’d go as far as saying, the best in your field.
Would I use again, absolutely.
Would I recommend, without shadow of a doubt.
A heartfelt thank you to you all.

Excellent agent in Wedmore, we are looking to buy, very easy to get a viewing, inform you of a property they think fits your criteria as soon as it’s with them, very very helpful, polite, nothing too much trouble

We bought a property with which cooper n Tanner was the agents in Glastonbury. We found them to be excellent in helping the sale process after having difficulties with the sale our end. I believe Hayley Mortimer actually saved the collapse of the chain due to our own estate agents being to be honest absolutely rubbish. There fore we would highly recommend them as I feel they went above and beyond making the sale work and easing our frayed nerves at a difficult time.

Thank you to Mia in particular at the Frome branch for the excellent service, despite the challenge of selling in the context of probate. We knew from the first meeting that we were in safe hands and we received excellent practical help. Best wishes, Kathleen and Greg

In viewing a property in Wedmore this week, we were shocked to be made to feel like thieves! I won't name names, but being told that we must stay together so that the agent could keep an eye on us, was absolutely insulting, and then passing it off as 'company policy', was clearly not true, as we'd viewed other properties through the same agent, albeit different branches, on the same day, and hadn't been made to feel that we were being watched, or told to 'keep together' at all. I have made a complaint to the Director of Residential Sales about this, but wanted others to be aware that this is how this particular agent from the Wedmore office, views prospective purchasers, even when you're planning on spending hundreds of thousands of pounds! I've also discovered, while writing this review, that not only were we treated like vagrants (perhaps because we arrived in our VERY expensive motorhome), but were also denied the opportunity to view a new property which would have suited our requirements to the letter, by this same person, who obviously didn't want people like 'us', invading her village!

I cannot speak highly enough of Adam and his team at Cooper & Tanner, Frome. Throughout the entire process of selling my mother's home they were, without exception, professional, efficient and provided most valuable advice. They closely monitored progress, followed up promptly and kept in touch frequently. They also demonstrated kindness and sensitivity which was very much appreciated. I would definitely highly recommend Adam and his team.

Really excellent service, especially from Sam when I bought my cottage - and now in getting advice on selling it, the advice has been just as thorough and carefully considered. Thoroughly recommend.

Samuel and his team of Cooper and Tanner, Wells Branch are really keen to help and answer all your questions, to put you at ease and give you peace of mind. Sam certainly knows the housing market and is dedicated to getting your property sold at a good market price. Joe and Sue, Somerset

Adam and his team were fabulous guiding our transaction through what ended up being a tricky sale on tight timelines. They remained calm and attentive, with Adam personally getting very involved when things got sticky between the Legal teams. There was also no hard sell and pushiness at any point in the process and we felt we could trust them implicitly right from the get-go. Thanks all of you #Fromecoopersandtanners

I can’t praise the whole Frome team enough. Professional, communicative, friendly and so easy to deal with.

The Glastonbury office is amazing Oliver and his wonderful team hayley, Helena, hayley are very professional always on hand to answer any questions and to help where they could. Without a doubt going that extra mile. From start to finish could not fault any of them.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to sell properties

What should have been a relatively simple move turned into a complex and long drawn out process during which time we lost our buyer but Cooper & Tanner found us another within days. As we were buying a new build things were much more complicated than we anticipated. Adam Scott and his staff were absolutely superb with Adam giving up his leisure time to guide us through the process and everything came out well in the end. Can't praise them highly enough.
