I appreciated the regular updates on my order status. And the design and quality of the t-shirts are excellent. Would definitely order again.

I ordered 2 jelly roll T-shirts and I ordered 3 XL which said in the size guide that they should be plenty big enough, and thinking Jelly Roll is a big guy so I should not have a problem with them fitting, well it took 2 weeks or more to get items, I tried them on and they were more like a jr.s large.
Then I noticed they came from Romania.
So I tried to send back for a refund and they said it would be too expensive for me to do that, they offered me $ 4 USD .
I refused, then they offered $ 6 USD and I keep the shirts
They are horrible to work with and steal your money!!!!!

I recently ordered four items from Cooly Sunny and was disappointed in all but one. Two of the items were matching sweatshirts which I felt looked very cheap when they arrived. A third item was not the item I ordered. Because they do not provide instructions for return with their shipments, I emailed Cooly Sunny about the incorrect item and the two sweatshirts I wished to return. They requested item numbers and pictures in jpeg format of those items. I have never been asked to provide pictures for return items from any online site, but I did what they asked. They argued with me that their warehouse said the correct item was sent; however, anyone could tell that the item they sent and the item I ordered were not the same items. Even though I emailed pictures of both items for them to compare, they still argued they were the same (I ordered a crochet-like sweater, and they sent a ribbed sweatshirt). The items both had the same item number, and when I went on their site and entered the item number in their search engine, the sweater I ordered was pictured. No where on their site could I find the item they sent me. They began offering me a refund in three-four dollar increments (over the course of approximately a dozen emails) up to $32.00 and refused to send me the address to return the two cheap-looking sweatshirts I had ordered. This company is nothing but an online site committed to taking your money and sending you substandard items. They have absolutely NO intention of allowing the return of items you did not like, and they don’t even care if they sent you an incorrect item. DO NOT purchase anything from this site! If you read their online reviews, you will see that this same issue has arisen among lots of other customers who have been treated the same way as I have. Don’t waste your time and money on this company that takes advantage of their customers in any/every way they can.

Product not as advertised, very poor quality and not the same, I have made several attempts to return item & requested return details & full refund, poor customer service, informed nothing wrong with product and offered 3US dollars & will not give a refund, not able to use product which cost $69 US dollars. I have read reviews where people have experienced same difficulties. Unsure of my consumer rights in Australia when product was from abroad!!!! total scam.

Do not buy anything from this company. The shirt arrived and the screen print is peeling off the shirt. They offered me $3.00 and said the product was not defective after they asked me send a picture. Additionally it was advertised as a sweatshirt and it is not. It is a hooded long-sleeve thin t-shirt. Sizing is also wrong and they are not allowing an exchange. This company is absolute garbage.

Solid tank top for casual outings. Decent quality and fit. Not my favorite, but satisfied.

They fit perfectly and the fabric is comfortable. The delivery was prompt and the customer service impeccable. The prints are vibrant and the messages meaningful.

I ordered a t-shirt and it was never delivered but they insist I signed the delivery and it’s a lie!!

Just like any other overseas company. Takes forever to get the merchandise, when you get it, it stinks and is WAY, WAY, WAY, WAY TOO SMALL. Then try getting a refund or making a return. When will us Americans learn and stop buying this crap. I get so mad at myself. Anyway...stay away. They are awful. But boy do they have a good marketing department....fools me everytime.

EASY RETURNS are stated on website. UNTRUE!! They will not return the cheap stuff they are sending out and it's not even as advertised. BUYER BEWARE...you think you are buying from them and they are actually sending you back to the person THEY purchased from in Slovenia. They say they have a support number but they do NOTHING....

I tried to return a sweatshirt that was too small. They insisted I pay the shipping charges back to China! That would be $60.00. It took 3 tries to get them to even respond. I also had to get them to credit me $6.00 for overcharging.

Absolutely horrible quality and customer service. Like others I received an item that was cheaply made and they charged additional fees after the fact. I wished I had read the reviews before wasting my money.

Cheap, was not same item as in photo. Keep sending encrypted same message back. Want a different product to compensate. They lie, don't have quality clothes, make excuses. They should be ashamed of themselves. DONOT BUY FROM COOLYSUNNY

They charged me 25% tax after the transaction was complete and shirt came 1 month later and size was wrong I ordered 2xl they sent me 1x and cut the size label out of the shirt don't but from this company ,ripoff not even from USA learned my lesson.

I ordered a sweatshirt on Feb 1st and did not receive it until March 14th. It looked NOTHING like the picture and was made of very cheap material. I never leave reviews, but I was so disgusted with the false advertising of the product that I felt I needed to warn others. I will never buy from CoolySunny again and recommend that you don't waste your money.

Ordered items end of Feb. Now it's almost the end of March, no items, CC charged. Giving them another week then filing charges. Will never order again from a site that says USD$

Terrible quality, and sizing is completely incorrect. I can already tell they will not be refunding anything with their run around emails. Do not waste your money

Terrible company! Sizes are WAY off. They will not take items back. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Do not buy from this company. The t shirt was unwearable-it was sewn inside out, with raw seams showing on outside. Company refuses to exchange or refund. Sweatshirt was 2 sizes too small, although I ordered a size up, based on their sizing chart -company refuses to do anything.

Soft and chic looking wrap. I look forward to wearing it.
