Great product, works well in the kitchen.

I have purchased the 2 knife bundle with Magnetic board 3 times now. 1 for myself and 2 as gifts. Great product that arrived very quickly. Love my set!!!

Love the knives, but the free knife was a duplicate of one of the knives from the same order.

The knives that I received automatically rusted after washing one time. And they did not cut even a simple steak without pushing the meat flat. When I inquired about a return, it took two tries till they “ approved” my return. They sent me a return label and then gaslit me when they receive the return saying I had never reached out to them. Their dishonest business practice is noted. Ultimately, they refunded me in full including the shipping when I contacted my credit card company.

Buyer beware!!!

I am utterly disappointed with Coolina and genuinely regret this purchase.

These knives were one of the most expensive gifts I bought my partner, and I purchased them after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, the quality has been nowhere near what I expected for the price.

The knife holder was especially disappointing. The screws and pegs do not line up properly. I have assembled IKEA furniture with better precision and quality control than this. For a product at this price point, that is unacceptable.

Even more concerning, the black finish on the knives actually comes off when I clean them using Coolina’s own oil. I do not understand why a coating on something that comes into contact with food would be coming off during normal care, and it certainly does not inspire confidence.

They also rust incredibly easily, despite being cared for, and the actual cutting performance is underwhelming. I have inexpensive knives from Target that cut better.

I read the reviews, trusted the reputation, and spent significantly more because I thought I was buying my partner a high quality gift that would last. Instead, I received knives that rust easily, lose their finish during cleaning, do not perform particularly well, and a holder with poorly aligned hardware.

For the price, I expected dramatically better quality and craftsmanship. I would not purchase these again and, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. They are simply not worth the money.

I received everything in my order and it was in a timely fashion, and it is a great product and I look forward two years of using them

I ordered 4 knives including two mystery knives and recieved 2 of the same knife. I feel it should be a common courtesy to make sure this doesn’t happen. Take a little more care in the mystery knife program.
I had to take the time to return one and then pay the shipping cost to get a new one sent to me. Which set me back another $16. Seems like a bad practice.

I love the look, feel, and performance of my collection of Coolina knives. I have six now, and it's about to get larger!

Awesome set of knives. Had one in the beginning, bought five more with the stand they’re great. Recommended to all my friends. !!!

As far as these knives go, they are well made and worth the price. That being said, my father has dementia and ended up ordering two sets of several knives and two of the magnetic knife holders. I understand that him ordering these knives are not their fault. After receiving these knives my father had a stroke and I wasn’t able to deal with them right away. I called and explained that he has dementia and would like to return 1/2 of the knives but keep the rest and both knife holders. All the knives are still new in box and in original wrapping. I called again a few days ago and took individual pictures of all the knives and emailed them. They are now saying they won’t take them back. It was again not their fault I was just hoping to return the new unused product.

Knives are okay. The ads on YouTube Tube are annoying. Referring to your customers as ‘dummies’ is not a good look.

I have bought 5 knives so far, they are extremely sharp and very well crafted. I was surprised by the balanced feel considering how heavy some of them are. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Great products and wonderful customer service!

I liked the fact they are Easy people to speak to. The product is what they say it is no bait and switch. I love using and showing off my knives. The knives are the sharpest kitchen tools I own so easy to use verses a dull knife. I’m thinking I’ll be adding to my collection in the future. I remember my grandfather telling me this - A dull knife is more dangerous to use than a good sharp knife.

As a returning customer, I can attest that the quality, styling and effectiveness of Coolina’s knives is exceptional. Communications and responsiveness of Coolina are terrific. And the added bonus knives/products make their deals unbeatable. Thanks!

Love the attention to detail. Unfortunately they look like art instead of cooking wear, but they have to be the best & sharpest knifes I've ever owned Hands Down!!!

Ease of ordering, the special deal with free knife and board , communication throughout, and speed of delivery

So im going to give it a 4 because even though the quality of the knives is very good. The pilot holes for the magnetic board were off center from the holes on the metal plate which will ultimately strip out over time. Also I got 2 mystery knives with My order and the knives they gave for it are very similar to the ones I chose I would have liked a different different styles for a wider variety of use

Great service and they are willing to resolve any issues you have

knives are awesome and customer service with questions about account or product is juast as good
