Got 1 in February this year, ordered another one as it was great value, but this 1 was a very big disappointment

This banner was so worth the money it is so professional, the photos on it are a lot bigger than I thought and the quality is outstanding everyone was very impressed I am so glad I found this company and would highly recommend it the delivery was extremely quick too considering it was personalised. I ordered a personalised cricket birthday banner for my grandson’s 16th birthday. I am delighted with the quality. It arrived super quickly and was very well packaged. I have bought him a banner for each of his birthdays but never from this company. Best ever and I shall be ordering again in July for his brother’s birthday.

Great site, so easy to use I'm not savvy with doing uploads but this was so straightforward.
Really pleased with results and quality of the Banner, heavy duty which will last through rain if outdoors. Good prices for the size. Check through designs as thats what I didn't think to do just went with the first one, but luckily it was great. Can't wait to see my Husband's face when he sees all the pictures on it from over the years.

Great product, fast delivery and a great price. Next time I would pay the extra £2 to upgrade the material but I’m more than happy with the quality of what I have.

The quality of the paper and the clarity of the uploaded images when printed on the banner that I had ordered were absolutely excellent. And then, they provided even more incredible service as when the banner was delivered, I spotted an error that I had made (not the company's fault at all) on the personalisation and they simply went way above and beyond any customer service I've ever experienced before, particularly given it was a personalised item, to sort out the error and only charged me the p&p cost to send me a corrected replacement banner. It was perfect and I am beyond delighted with the finished result.

I bought a personalised birthday banner - 130cm x 40cm, for approximately £14/£15. There were a selection of backgrounds, styles and sizes to choose from. Once I chose, I then uploaded nine photos onto the banner and personalised the text. The photos were easy to upload and banner was so easy to create. When delivered, it came within a few days and arrived in a cardboard tube. The banner is thick, shiny and of high quality. I will definitely use Cool Hippo again!!
