Quality & value

Fabulous experience from start to finish. All my questions were answered promptly and the customer service from multiple people at Coolhippo to get my banners perfect for me was exceptional. After a problem was identified at print stage, I received a call to let me know what I’d need to do so that the production people could get around the issue and get my banners printed as they were meant to be. Even after encountering this issue, to my amazement and delight, they still managed to get the banners to me the very next morning. Could not be more impressed with the quality, they were just perfect. If I were to be picky and make a suggestion for improvement, it would be for eyelets to be inserted on the vinyl banners, although we managed to make our own anyway. Other than that, I could not say a single bad word. I will definitely order again and will recommend to everyone. Thanks to all at Coolhippo for such a fabulous experience and for making the perfect banners for our daughter’s party. Outstanding.
