Ordered a wine fridge about a month ago. Delivery was quick, installation great and no issues so far.

I’m extremely happy with product and service. Sarah and Lucie were amazing answering queries, coordinating delivery to fit with my return from holiday and following up on delivery service. The delivery guys were brilliant also - courteous and extremely helpful lifting the fridge into position and taking the packaging away with them. Thank you everyone.

Our delivery went exactly as you would want.
The unit was unpacked and placed where we requested, where we left it unplugged for 24 hours.
The packaging was taken away and the drivers were helpful and friendly.
AO arrived on time with updates on the collection of our old appliance.
All in all a 5 star rating.
We are extremely happy with everything form ordering to installation and collection.

Great communication. When the delivery drivers took the adapter with them by mistake, the team had a replacement out to me by return. The delivery drivers were great guys btw.

Bought a Somellier cooler last year. It was the perfect size for our small house and not overly expensive.It turned out to be very noisy in a weird way. I discussed this and sent videos etc to Coolersomm who at the time wanted to leave it. It eventually got a little quieter so I decided to live with it, but noticed that ice was forming on the cooling elements. so this year decided that I would defrost it. With the ice melted I switched it back on to find the horrendous noises had returned with a vengeance! Approached Coolersomm again as it was untenable, sent another video to them and. MIndi took up the gauntlet of either repairing or replacing. She was unable to organise anyone to repair it in Edinburgh so arranged replacement. The new unit was delivered, it is quiet and sounds like a fridge. Perfect. The old unit was collected for recycling later the same day.
The service and communication from MIndi was excellent throughout as was the delivery service by Lucy. The delivery guys (Bathgate) were excellent, unpacked the unit and removed all the packaging.

I did plenty of research and decided to go with Coolersomm. The communication was clear and immediate which lead to a hassle free delivery and installation. The delivery guys placed the cooler exactly where we wanted and took away the excess packaging. The product (2 zone) has been fantastic. Red and white wine stored perfectly in a very high build quality unit. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I cannot recommend this company high enough. Having a knew kitchen fitted we wanted a larger wine chiller to fit nicely into the feature wall.
After searching online for a long time we came across Coolersomm. Their chillers were stylish and a really good price. At least £1000 cheaper than the one in the kitchen showroom.
The staff are so helpful and efficient. The only problem I encountered, which was rectified immediately with a quick phone call, was the paying for it online. Just a glitch which was the Internet and not Coolersomm’s fault. In fact, the staff member who sorted it rang me while she was away on holiday ensuring it was dealt with quickly.
In the email I received regarding the order and delivery I was asked to check the chiller on arrival. The guys that brought it were really helpful and respectful. Knowing I was due to have the kitchen fitted a couple of weeks later they unpacked it, let me check it all and then wrapped it back up to protect it while the work was going on.
I also received a follow up email from Lucie checking to see if everything was ok a few weeks after we received it as she knew it wasn’t being used straight away because of issues with the kitchen fitting.
It is now in situ filling up nicely with wine bottles.

I bought two wine stores from Coolersomm a few weeks apart. Both were delivered within 3 working days, in each case by two very helpful people who unpacked and installed them where I wanted. They are everything the specification said and look really nice. I’m really pleased to have bought them.

Do not order LE NEZ DU VIN from this company. I ordered a new kit from them and it had been used! I contacted Lenezduvin and they confirmed the kit should be shrink wrapped if new and confirmed the date of the kit was also almost 1 year old. This product arrived late and it looks to be second hand. It also arrived smelling as if someone had spilled a vile onto the case.

After lots of research, I'm so glad I found Coolersomm. I ordered online one evening and had an email from Lucie the very next morning confirming my delivery. Within five days, the fridge was in my flat and running perfectly — and still is, two months on. Lucie even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated.

Can’t recommend Coolersomm enough. Very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.They were very responsive with help before I bought my fridge and once I had, the communication around delivery was very good and flexible. I will definitely use them again when it’s time for an upgrade.
