Online conveyancing - all good
This is the second time I have used conveyancing.com.au. Amy was the person I communicated with. She was great. It was very easy, and she was always available to speak with, or promptly messaged in response to emails and texts. It was a simple process, with all the'"ins and outs" clearly stated. A very positive experience
This company did everything we asked of them and more. They were always pleasant and efficient and always available for any questions we had about the process of buying our house or any issues that came up. Rodshard Mendoza was great at his job and so approachable with clear communication. The conveyancing also cost what they said it would cost with no hidden fees. We were both very pleased with the outcome and everything happened on time or earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise.

Roma was really good. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars, was that several of the notifications we received by email and SMS were either late or early compared to phone conversations that we had had. This can cause confusion thinking that some items required actioning still, when they didn’t.
