Dealing with Andy to set up our conveyancing case was very easy and he made sure to cover all the information to make sure it was clear and we understood to proceed from here on. Would recommend.

Andy set up my file quickly and covered everything that I’d need to know!

Had a great experience with Andy. He was really patient with me, explained everything clearly and was able to answer all of the questions I had.

Hitesh was super helpful when explaining and processing my request. Really fast to respond.

It's quite rare to find a company that cares about it's customers these days. Andy is so patient giving instructions and answered all my questions clearly. I feel very confident that my sale will progress smoothly.

Working with Mr Smith was really easy to do, and he took the time to explain what steps we were taking, and what they meant.

The whole thing was more painless than I expected it to be.

Josh Fuller contacted me and was very helpful. He explained everything very clearly and even went through my email step by step so I understood everything. As a first time buyer this can be such a daunting experience but Josh helped me understand the process very patiently.

Really helpful, first time buyer and put me at ease answering my questions and queries. Highly Recommend

Excellent customer care

Wayne Smith of the New Enquiries Team was very patient and thorough taking us through the initial quotation and first steps in the conveyancing process.

Andy was very helpful and gave all the required information regarding a remortgage.

Had the pleasure of being assigned to Andy Eleftheriou and aside from being a genuinely nice guy, he is extremely Knowledgeable and made what is usually a stressful situation for a first time buyer, an absolute breeze and reaffirmed to me that I’d chosen the correct conveyancing firm.

Andy is a credit to his company and quite clearly has a passion for both property and customer service, so I’d have no hesitation in recommending not only this firm, but Andy specifically.

Thank you

Wayne Smith was absolutely amazing, got us a great quote and went through the whole process swiftly and made sure I understood everything. He is an absolute credit to your company. The process has been very quick and already in touch with solicitors the next day, I can't thank Wayne enough for all his help. He isn't just great at the job but also such a polite gentleman. Thank you again.

I was called by Josh who took me through any queries I had. He then explained what he needed and it was all made very straightforward by him. I did not hesitate to sign up, and have to say, if Josh is a sign of how the company operates then I’m in good hands.

Easy onboarding process with Josh, very friendly and painlessly got us set up and connected with the solicitors.

Great service from start to finish. Wayne was very helpful and made the process of finding the right solicitor quick and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend using this company.

Josh was a pleasure to speak to and very clear on what is required and when as well as answering any questions clearly. Highly recommend!

Great onboarding service and swift responses

Wayne was on top of his brief, friendly and helpful and full of energy despite mine being the last call of the day.

Been dealing with Andy. He's been really helpful and understanding especially with us being first time buyers. Explaining everything in a way we could understand and answering any questions we had.
Thank you for the help
